Great store for resale items like Goodwill, Plato's etc!…read more Felt like the clothes were more curated than Goodwill but not totally Gen Z/Y2k like Plato's (much appreciated) Prices more similar to Platos's since it's resale and items aren't donated. I felt like I got good pieces for price so I'll be returning! I've also sold with them, which was easy and better than donating clothes with no profit. Owner and other staff member are nice, and a HUGE plus is that they have fitting rooms to try stuff on.

It was torrential down pour and here we made it perfect time to browse the shops and get some steps in. They have JCPenney here and Macy's, Bath and Body, Zales, American Eagle just to name a few. Sorry, i haven't been to the Melbourne Mall in FIVE YEARS and decided to give it another try. I…read morekind of wish that I hadn't. The gross puppy mill store is still there and the anchor store are low end which would be fine but, the customer service was horrible. I keep hoping that things will turn around but, I'm not surprised why a majority of shoppers are now buying online. I did buy a 1/2 off T-shirt and when I got home, noticed I was charged full price but, I don't even want to go back. The one star is for the mall being cleaner than it's ever been thanks to Covid. See you (maybe) in another 5 years to try again...

I had the same bad customer experience shared by others. I always brought visitors to this store…read morebecause we found such wonderful things. We have spent a lot of money here in the past and always enjoyed the experience. Unfortunately this time was different. Signs are posted stating to ask for assistance if you see an item on display you want to try on. I did see a dress and I asked. I was told the dress was not for sale and she wouldn't take it off display. I was confused because that's sounds ridiculous. The dress was even outside of the store on display so clearly for sale. No sign saying it wasn't. She then went on to say it was damaged and undesirable which I thought also strange because why would you have it on display. Needless to say she was rude and I will NEVER bring anyone or refer them to this store. I love supporting local business but not this one.
