They also used to have an enormous Alligator Snapping Turtle, but they don't have it any longer. They have the name "Incredible Pets" but they just don't have very many incredible pets. On our visit, we came upon a cute baby tortoise, and we were considering getting it, and we were told that he wasn't for sale, but there were no signs or anything letting us know this before we got our hopes up. In fact we only stopped a team member to ask why the tortoise had white markings on his shell, before we found out that it wasn't for sale. I also felt that they should do something to prevent customers from seeing them feeding live animals to the other animals. I walked by a small snake tank, and the snake was in the process of eating a live tiny pink baby newborn mouse, and this really disturbed me deeply. I was raised to love all animals, and we had several pet hamsters growing up as well. Incredible Pets will literally try and sell baby hamsters to their customers, and then turn around and expect their customers to be okay with stumbling upon a newborn baby mouse getting eaten alive by a snake. It really disturbed me. I literally walked around the store trying to talk myself out of having a panic attack, only to stumble upon a tank with a giant toad inside, and then see a tiny adorable white mouse, shaking to death in the opposite side of the tank, that was put in the tank to feed the toad. If Incredible Pets can't feed their animals at night, feed them after hours, cover their tanks during feeding times, or feed them in the back of the store, couldn't they at least put up warning signs for their customers? Children do not need to see this type of thing happening. I obviously didn't enjoy myself here, and my family and I left this store in agreement that it was way too over priced. I did see the employees working hard here and they were all very friendly and helpful. I saw the store was also very clean and it well stocked with pet supplies as well.

They have amazing cage set ups, decorations, foods, toys, health and wellness supplies extraordinarily educated Staff members that clearly have a passion for these critters. It's a zoo in so many ways, but one you can find your new best friend in and take them home with all the knowledge you need to give them a beautiful new home and make them a well cared for new family member. After visiting this place for years on end, I hate that I haven't wrote a review sooner because this place is truly a gem of Brevard for any of those that want to see, touch or care for their own unique family members.

I took my pupper for a nice bath, brush and nail clipping days after the official opening - although I got a little preview and was gifted a yummy bag of dog treats during the "soft" opening - and my boy was all happy, clean, trimmed and handsome...with a yellow bandanna :) I wish I'd thought of taking pictures... The store is a wonderland of toys and treats : surely a dog's paradise of smells ! They carry many healthy treats and bits, some grain-free too which is perfect for my boy who's a Shar Pei. We have since adopted another pupper so both are going for a good clean-up! They have a self-service dog wash too, which I think is awesome, but my Pei won't even step foot outside if it's drizzling ...LoL ..and our new adopted rescue is 76lbs of American Bulldog/Catahoula who thinks he's a lapdog and jumps straight on the patio couch instead of going outside for his business, so I'm glad the groomers are so great and patient with these two big "muppets" haha.... I can't begin to imagine the havoc we'd leave behind if I even thought of wrangling either of them into the self-service bath - which by the way is super efficient-looking and stainless steel gleaming !!! The owners and staff are super friendly and helpful, so if you're not sure what you need for your furbabies just ask them. Prices are not modest, but neither are they overly high: if you want quality and good service, you need to be willing to pay for it, and for me this store does exactly that. If I'm not dragged across Atlantic Avenue by my two doggos next visit - their combined weight + strength = a Sumo wrestler or two - I will try to get some pictures for y'all !!!

Dear Grooming Team, I am writing regarding my dog, Churro, who was groomed at your salon on May 30, 2026. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the quality of his haircut. I have attached a photo, though I have several others that show the same issue. As you can see, the fur is very uneven and choppy in multiple areas, and the overall finish does not appear professionally groomed. What makes this especially frustrating is that payment, including a tip prompt, is requested before the owner has an opportunity to see the completed groom. As a result, I paid for the service and tipped before realizing the condition in which my dog would be returned to me. I understand that some dogs can be challenging to groom. However, if the groomer was unable to safely or effectively complete the haircut, I would have appreciated being contacted. In that situation, I would have preferred a bath, brush-out, nail trim, ear and eye cleaning, sanitary trim, and any other appropriate services, rather than an attempted full haircut that resulted in this outcome. I would have gladly paid for a reduced grooming package had that recommendation been made. I am happy to provide additional photos if they would be helpful. Could you please let me know how you would like to address this situation? At this point, I am disappointed enough that I will likely seek another grooming service in the future, but I wanted to give you the opportunity to review my concerns and respond. It's a nice place to stop in for a healthy snack or lunch! But they are never quick.... the service is soooo slow. The last 3 times I've gone in, there's never an employee in the front. Sometimes you have to stand there for 5+ minutes before someone comes to the front. A. That doesnt seem safe & B. Maybe have more staff working at once? Once you do get to place an order, it takes forever. I hope they're making it from scratch, so thats what takes so long. Today I placed a to go order - on the menu it said "Hot N Melty Breakfast Sandwich" - but didn't list any ingredients. Okay whatever, I assumed eggs and cheese and it asked if I wanted to add bacon for $4, which I did opt for. Making my total $14.89 It WAS melty...but had 2 small pieces of bacon and boiled eggs! I have never seen that before, lol. Boiled eggs? Not scrambled? On a croissant breakfast sandwich? Is it because they are premade so its just easier? I wasnt expecting that. I also asked for a cup of water (which I've been given before) and I was told they're supposed to be selling the bottles of water. But I didn't want to buy a bottle of Costco Kirkland purified water... also, I needed a cup with a lid because it was for my toddler. Weird experience today. I love this place though. Usually really good food! Just extremely slow service. Friendly staff. But maybe they should consider having additional people working...and give egg options for their sandwiches...scrambled, fried, or I guess...boiled.
