They have amazing cage set ups, decorations, foods, toys, health and wellness supplies extraordinarily educated Staff members that clearly have a passion for these critters. It's a zoo in so many ways, but one you can find your new best friend in and take them home with all the knowledge you need to give them a beautiful new home and make them a well cared for new family member. They also used to have an enormous Alligator Snapping Turtle, but they don't have it any longer. They have the name "Incredible Pets" but they just don't have very many incredible pets. On our visit, we came upon a cute baby tortoise, and we were considering getting it, and we were told that he wasn't for sale, but there were no signs or anything letting us know this before we got our hopes up. In fact we only stopped a team member to ask why the tortoise had white markings on his shell, before we found out that it wasn't for sale. I also felt that they should do something to prevent customers from seeing them feeding live animals to the other animals. I walked by a small snake tank, and the snake was in the process of eating a live tiny pink baby newborn mouse, and this really disturbed me deeply. I was raised to love all animals, and we had several pet hamsters growing up as well. Incredible Pets will literally try and sell baby hamsters to their customers, and then turn around and expect their customers to be okay with stumbling upon a newborn baby mouse getting eaten alive by a snake. It really disturbed me. I literally walked around the store trying to talk myself out of having a panic attack, only to stumble upon a tank with a giant toad inside, and then see a tiny adorable white mouse, shaking to death in the opposite side of the tank, that was put in the tank to feed the toad. If Incredible Pets can't feed their animals at night, feed them after hours, cover their tanks during feeding times, or feed them in the back of the store, couldn't they at least put up warning signs for their customers? Children do not need to see this type of thing happening. I obviously didn't enjoy myself here, and my family and I left this store in agreement that it was way too over priced. I did see the employees working hard here and they were all very friendly and helpful. I saw the store was also very clean and it well stocked with pet supplies as well.

My dog has battled yeast infections his whole life and while medications from the vet didn't cure him, the products she recommended did! I highly recommend her as she listens to what you say and then gives you her opinion without making you feel bad if you can't afford everything she suggests or if you choose to try one or two items. At other stores, I felt pressured to buy what they told me and I have never felt that way with Tammy. I pray that her business prospers and that she is able to help many more fur babies!

Nahacky won on all counts being a family business that really cared. The delivery and setup went smoothly and they took a genuine interest as the tank matured. It's been about 5 months now, we're still learning, they're still teaching us, and we have a thriving fish and coral environment. Additionally they've given us enough help to allow us to do much more on our own, confidently, than I thought we would be at right now. One of the hamsters was dead just lying there and you could tell it had been days before anyone would even see. When I mentioned it to one of the employees, they just waved their hand and said they'll get to it when they have time. I was appalled and walked out. I called the health department to hopefully have someone go out there as there are dead animals in their tanks and not being dealt with, and it can be a hazard to other animals being put in the tanks or someone buying a pet that was inside with a deceased animal. I wanted to speak to their manager before I left and they told me that he wasn't available. I've never seen anything like this in my life. So the day went on and no phone calls so we're guessing that our puppies did good. They call us to come pick them up and you should see the haircut they did to them. 1 of them looks the same and the other one looks silly. As we walked in to pick them up the rude Lady began to dictate and scold us that we took too long to pick them up. It was raining and there was a lot of traffic and we were in the middle of picking up our kids! They shouldn't be allowed to talk to customers this way. Horrible customer service!! So, after arguing with this lady, she goes to the back and another lady by the name of Rebecca comes out to give us our last puppy. Rebecca came out to pick a fight and she wanted to argue with us even more on that other groomer's behalf. I can understand with this profession it does take patience. It was an inconvenience for them to cut our puppies hair from the very beginning and at the end of the day all they wanted to do was pick fights and argue with the customer. We will be spending the extra hundred dollars for a mobile groomer to come out to our house.
