Every time I go to this Walmart. The lady with short white hair, think she's a manager, meets me…read moreand the other guest with nothing but hostility. You'd think if you had a regular crowd of people that clear thousands of dollars worth of inventory weekly that there would be some type of understanding. But this lady makes her own rules. She denies service to people that have been there whether it's 40 min or 4 hours. She allows people that cut and put their hands on other customers to remain in the store and buy product. I withheld leaving a review cause people have their bad days but today I stood in line for about 25 minutes. No biggie. The two lady's at customer service were holding it down doing a great job. They called her up cause there were 15 people in line. This elderly lady was returning something just before me and was struggling to get the item out of the cart she snatched that shit and didn't even say anything to the lady. When it came to my turn for help she denied my purchase and told me they're holding it for tomorrow. These items aren't street dated and they already sold multiple items to at least 3 people before me. So why does this lady have any authority. She's rude, breaks vendor rules, antagonizes ongoing issues in line, and then at the end of it all probably gets paid more than everyone else that actually takes pride in their job I want to spend my money here but it is always an issue. Fix this lady's attitude or create a system that actually works please.

There was a pair of shoes I was interested in and of course the security was attached, which prohibited me from using the shoes lace. I took the pair of shoes to the counter and was willing to exchange my personal cellphone for collateral while I tried on the shoes because we all know how the world is these days with theft. Ginger and Tammy chuckled at me and told I don't have to do so. Why that occurred, I knew I was in a good place. I'll definitely visit again. Too the beach I go!!!

Guest Relations Target Corporation…read more Subject: Complaint Regarding Black Friday Swag Bag Distribution - Daytona, FL Location To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the misleading Black Friday promotion advertised by Target. Your Black Friday ad clearly stated that swag bags would be distributed at 6:00 a.m. to the first 100 people in line. Based on this information, my sister and I arrived at the Target located on International Speedway Boulevard in Daytona Beach at 4:30 a.m. and waited patiently in the cold for over an hour. However, shortly before the store opened at 6:00 a.m., we were informed--only then--that the swag bags had actually been handed out at 4:00 a.m., well before the time stated in Target's official advertising. Not once during the hour and a half we stood in line did any staff member notify those waiting of this change. As a result, our time and effort were entirely wasted due to what I consider to be false and misleading advertising. I would like to know why the Daytona location distributed the bags earlier than the nationally advertised time. This inconsistency is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store's adherence to Target's promotional commitments. Given the circumstances, I respectfully request that two swag bags--one for myself and one for my sister--be mailed to my home address. We both arrived early, followed the advertised instructions, and waited patiently, only to be denied what the promotion promised. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

My husband purchased a pair of Sketchers Sandals in December from Belk. He has worn them a total…read moreof 5 times. He went to put them on this morning and split in half. We went to Belk to exchange or get a refund since he's only worn them 5 times. They no longer had his size so we requested a refund. They said that they can't tell how much we paid being it was over 30 days. The sandals were regularly $65 and we got them on sale for $48 when we purchased them. The store would not credit our Belk account for the $48. Their system would only allow a refund of $17 on a gift card since we didn't have the receipt. If we had known the sandals were going to split like that we would have kept the receipt. I feel that their excuse that the system can't find pricing if over 30 days is total bull crap and a way for the store to profit and the consumer to be out of money for sandals that only last 5 times of being worn. We will no longer shop at their store. They should be able to look up anything that I charged on their Belk Mastercard. You have lost a loyal customer for such horrible customer service.
