Dr. Rao is very compassionate and will give me as much Novocaine as needed. I recently had a rather large bridge put in, spanning 6 teeth, but she made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the lengthy procedure. This is important: Dr. Rao is extremely precise in her work. She takes the time to make sure everything is done to perfection. When I leave there, I know the work done is the best. I love Janina, the hygienist. She's wonderful. And the assistants are friendly and knowledgeable. And I want to give some serious appreciation to the office staff. These gals are awesome. They really know thier way around the billing and insurance system and will take the time to patiently answer all of my questions. Love this place so much, my whole family goes here now.

I gave her my info on allergic medicine. She gave me that same type of medicine. This delayed me more since I had an operation scheduled and needed to be healthy. Guess what, I had to postpone that surgery. Had to go back to my regular doctor and pay for another physical so I could get cleared for my operation. She did not listen to me at all after explaining everything to her. She messed me up. Now wants to destroy my credit! Will never use her again! Stay away.

Made appointments for each of my children because they needed to…read morehave some teeth pulled before they could start some orthodontic work with a different practice. Made it very clear when I scheduled both appointments that this was the purpose of the appointments. I was also told that they would be contacting our orthodontist to ensure the right teeth would be pulled.Today we arrived for my 8 year old daughter to get her teeth pulled and no one in the office had any idea we were there for an extraction they didn't have nitrous (which I mentioned my daughter would need) and they never contacted the orthodontist so we spent a large amount of time trying to figure everything out just to have to reschedule for another day. After this mistake I wanted them to check my son's appointment for 2 weeks later to ensure that they had their ducks in a row by then. This is when they decided to tell me my sons appointment was scheduled to late in the day for a tooth extraction and they would ask the doctor and get back to us later in the day. Once again I scheduled this appointment only for a tooth extraction and I made that very clear so why was I allowed to schedule that late in the day. We left the office at that point with just a routine follow up and cleaning for my daughter. We had to reschedule her extraction because they didn't have the nitrous I specifically requested be available. A couple of hours later they contacted me saying they could not do my son's extraction that late in the day and I told them they needed to accommodate as I was promised or I would be taking my business elsewhere. The office personnel on the call quickly responded with "I think that would be for the best" and the call ended. I have never been more angry in any patient or customer interaction in my life and I always try and see the other side and give them the benefit of the doubt. I felt this was absolutely ridiculous there was no effort on there part to try and accommodate anything for their employees mistakes. My wife then spent the afternoon contacting other dentist to see if we could get this taken care of asap luckily we found someone quickly so I called morningside dental to have them transfer all the patient info over to the new dentist. I expressed my disappointment again and was met with little to no remorse on the other side. The only two positives from this appointment was the dentist himself was very nice and worked well with my daughter keeping her relaxed and laughing and the dental assistant that cleaned my daughters teeth was very kind, understanding, and the apologetic about the confusion while we were there.

From cleanings, to fillings and crowns they are painless. They constantly ask how your doing and if you have any pain. They are friendly, professional, clean, treat you like family & remind you of your appointments. They keep you informed with everything they are doing on your mouth that day. They figure a game plan before you have anything done. The only problem I have had is billing. One person tells you one price and when you have it done it's a different person telling you another price. Thankfully they put thru a predetermined coverage with insurance so now everytime I go in I bring those papers to show what insurance says I would owe. I personally would recommend this practice if you fear dentists like I do. Only thing I would suggest is bring your insurance coverage papers with you til this glitch is fixed. I am confident that in a few weeks I will be able to be proud of my smile and be smiling alot more due to their awesome help.

I haven't felt pain like that in a long time. No apology. Then she went to the other side and did it again! She looked at the hygienist and said "Maybe she's sensitive." Again no apology. She asked me what it felt like and I said it feels like I'm being electrocuted. She said, "Huh." I have had these crowns more than 40 years. No other dentist has done this to me. I'm done with this office. Diamond the dental hygienist was great. Very efficient and professional.

Every time I visit the dentist, I always feel at home. Becky, with her sparkling pink standley mug, greeted me with a big smile when I first walked into the dentist. Crystal, the manager, has helped me several times in answering questions regarding my out-of-pocket cost and assisted me in putting together an estimate of cost for FSA purposes every end of the year. Needless to say, they are the backbone of making a great customer experience for me. Secondly, I have to take some time to highlight the harmonic when the doctor works with the dentist's assistance. I have had the opportunity to be cared for by dentist assistants Barb and Leidy. When Rosalyn worked with Leidy on my teeth, I felt like they were harmonizing a dance.
