I had a serious issue in which my converted garage family room was several degrees colder in the winter and approx that many hotter in the summer because my unused chimney was sucking air from the room up through the chimney out into the atmosphere. They efficiently demolished my chimney and bricked up the wall where the chimney had been. They did a spectacular job, and I can already tell a significant difference. I didn't even get a response. I guess they have just gotten too big for their britches and aren't concerned about customer loyalty.
