Made a reservation checked in got dropped off and then the person comes out of the office and says oh we called you. We don't have a car. No offer to assist in finding a vehicle no offer to assist in fixing this reservation This used to be a really good Office for Enterprise with excellent customer service Something like this happened in December as well and I let it go but this is ridiculous. If you are renting from this location you better make sure that you call the location because no matter what even if you're able to Check in, they will let you come to The office and then state that they called you but I showed the manager Zach that there were no calls made to my phone according to my phone log. There were no voicemails left on my phone. For a company that toutes itself on customer service, this location has really been a disappointment. Due to limited resources in the Outer Banks I made a reservation for March 10 and we will see how that goes.

When we went to go pick up the jeeps, the couple who owned it were so nice and helpful. Tony (owner) was an effective communicator - the app worked fine and we meet him 35 minutes out in Duck to grab the buggy and drive up to the 4WD beach another 35 minutes away. The vehicle was a kick to drive. Top speed on the highway is @45 mph (Only a 4-speed) and in the sand we got it up to 35 mph. The 4WD beach is supper long (@23 miles) that you can drive on. We got about 7 miles in and turned around. The entire stretch of the drive found hundreds of parked 4-wheelers with their groups all engaged in various beach activities. Just remember that the speed limit is 15 mph where you can see people (which was most of the time). So build your expectations accordingly - this excursion is not one where you can get the full speed up, but there where stretches where you could throttle up and move around some sand! We needed to go a little further in where the dunes were located that allowed you to drive on them - but were already scheduled for a later event so didn't get that piece of the ride in. There where several wild horses We encountered countered along the way. Tons of friendly people waving at you, because the buggy is cool to look at. Miles of great beaches so bring your swim gear to stop (like we did) and take a dip. The buggy is a lIttle tight on rear leg room, but open and breezy. Remember - no power steering so be ready. Tony will meet you wherever you want with the buggy, but the closer to the end of Corolla the better. It is a hoot, completed a bucket list item for me and my three adult kids and I made another great memory in the Outer Banks- Summer 2020!

I took my 2005 Jeep Wrangler in for multiple services and a state inspection. After completing all…read morethe services the running issue had not been resolved and the worst part was that they entered the wrong millage into the inspection. I called the service department multiple times and they said they didn't know how to fix this issue. I even called the DMV and they told me how they could fix the issue and i passed this info along to them but they never did anything about it. Now when i go to get an inspection next year the millage will me lower than the year before and there is a high likelihood that this will flag on a Carfax report that the odometer has been altered. Again i have tried multiple attempts to get this rectified. I most defiantly will not be using Jeep again for service.

Horrible !! When I received my rental car, it was damaged. I took multiple pictures and videos. It was not documented on the rental paperwork handed to me and no walk around the car with the worker. I was told by the worker behind the desk that the damages were in fact noted. Well... what a surprise a month later, I received a bill from a 3rd party representing Avis stating the rental had damaged and I was liable. Of course I had to call multiple times and send pictures to verify the damages were there prior to me receiving it. It was time wasted that was unnecessary because of negligence on their end.
