They worked around my pets' anxiousness in the next room, which is huge for me. They covered all of the belongings in the room next to the patio doors. I expected some level of a mess from removing and replacing two sliding glass doors. There was none. They cleaned up everything. They also took the huge many of recycled boxes from my unpacking in case the company didn't take it, which happened the week prior. Insulation was scheduled for two days because you never know what they're going to come across. They finished in half a day. The difference is amazing. Titus went through the doors with me and explained everything. I asked him if I needed a bar to go in the gap for safety. He didn't even laugh and showed me that new doors have an up-and-down lock that create a claw. good to know. It was the best service I've ever had with home repair or replacements.

My door has been repaired, and they are compensating me for the inconvenience, which I greatly appreciate. They did an excellent job with that installation. I would likely use Sunset View again in the future.

My electric bill is $85 for a 2500ft home now. My experience with Ecoview has been wonderful! Our installers were SPECTACULAR. So professional. Bagged every window to minimize construction dust in my home. Vacuumed. They installed thoroughly using the correct long screws and spray foam around every window, then trim and caulk. Didn't damage any of my stucco or drywall. My windows all work great and sit squarely. No complaints at ALL about the installation or quality. Ecoview was my lowest quote for my impact windows but had the best warranty which is why I went with them. At first, the price made me nervous but now I'm so glad I didn't waste extra money with another company. The only feedback I have is that the original estimator (owners son I believe) was young and made some unprofessional comments while he was at my house. He commented about my mattress being on the floor in my room (none of his business but I was clearly moving in- I had boxes everywhere!). I also had to call to check on the status of my windows and called again to schedule. No issues there but be sure to check on things yourself if you want them done quickly! Carlos, the owner, has been spectacular. He came out to my house and met with me before I ordered. He was so thorough, knowledgeable, not sales-y. Really had a wonderful experience working with them. Still waiting on my inspections because one window was delivered to Ecoview damaged and has to be replaced- totally understandable! Once the inspection is done, the screw holes in the photos will be covered by a trim piece. Now that Dorian is approaching, I'm relaxing while my neighbors are boarding windows! BUY THE IMPACTS!!

On the day of installation two windows were broken and two screens were missing. They had no idea about the screens but they told us that they would replace the windows. This seems odd because they called me to let me know the items were in and were thoroughly inspected and we scheduled their install. Everything was great and we understand things happen but there was no communication in the interim and we only received messages that we owed them money and were to pay them the final payment despite multiple items missing or not installed at all. Finally, after multiple phone calls and text messages and emails over several weeks and no communication from the project manager and escalating the issue I was made aware that he was no longer with the company. Why they chose not to alert me and anyone else that had a current open project with them and tell me who it was reassigned to or that it was known and would be reassigned is baffling and annoying. Finally, I get a call and we schedule finalizing the project about a month out and on the day of the completion they show up without the screens that were missing and this glass but not the window frames. They disappear for about an hour and come back and put the screens in but then tell me that they cannot install the frames because the glass is not installed. The people that showed up were absolutely dumbfounded that the frames were not installed. They also were not aware that there were supposed to be screens for the sliding glass doors and could not find them in the warehouse after calling back to look for them. A few days later I get a phone call that the glass was actually shattered and could not be installed and they would need to reorder it. I'm concerned on how glass that is supposed to be hurricane CAT 5 rated shattered on a 5-mile trip to my home on two separate occasions. Last week after the 5th or 6th visit and a total of about 6 months we finally completed the job. Once again the installer was not made aware of the issues that had been documented to the front office that needed to be resolved and he showed up with two screens thinking they needed to be installed but didnt and no one ever said they did. The communication between the warehouse and the installers and the salesperson and the front office is non-existent. Every time someone made an appointment to come to my home they either had the wrong items or didn't have items and weren't made aware of what they were coming out to do. It baffles me because we used them at the recommendation of several neighbors and family members who experience the utmost best customer service experience. Simply because of that and the fact that we signed a contract in March and we're lucky enough to not have any hurricanes despite the project not being finished until primetime hurricane season is why I would caution someone before signing an agreement with this company and would get better defined timelines and expectations before doing so. I would also ask that they have fixed the clear manning and communication issues.

It's been 5 years and I still don't have all my windows in correctly. I love the windows, I love…read morethe workmanship but the office staff and service is the worst I've ever seen. They came in 2021 and installed the windows. Some of them were cracked - I was told that can happen in transport but that all windows would be replaced. Over then next 5 years I had delays, staff turnover, missing orders and had to live with looking at a big crack across my bedroom window and pray I made it through each hurricane season. This week they finally put in the new window- except it was a completely frosted and opaque window that I never ordered. They knew that and put it in anyway- then they apologize and tell me I will have the correct window in 6 weeks. That last time they told me this it was 6 months. It is such a shame because otherwise I would recommend this place to anyone. In fact- I recommended them to two friends. One opted to stay away when she saw the trouble we had- the other (a neighbor) used them to put in their windows. We never got the "reward" they offered for recommending a new customer. And they live on the same street we do so we know they put the windows in. As much as I like the windows they put in correctly I will never recommend them to anyone else. This has been a nightmare. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had with an installer. If they fix their management I will give them 5 stars- but what good are the best windows if you don't have them installed for 5 years? And I am still waiting.....
