Their speed of service was truly impressive--what I expected to take days was handled efficiently and ahead of schedule. Beyond the quick turnaround, their technical expertise really stood out. The team clearly knew what they were doing, and they took the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of their work. The customer service was top-notch. They were responsive, transparent, and made sure I was satisfied every step of the way. Had to have new roof per insurance. Checked local FB post on businesses, and David Keefe Roofing was mentioned several times. Reviews were great and BBB rating was A+. Contacted them 01/12, roof was completed 01/20. Would have been sooner but I picked start date. I also had new gutters and spouts installed. The rating of 5 is well deserved, I wish I could give a 6 for customer service. Mr. Keefe and staff, Kyle, David, and crew lead were all outstanding to work with. read more

Being in a Hurricane Michael affected area and having three properties with damage, it was very stressful finding a roofer after reading so many 'roofing gone wrong' stories. Mr. Keefe happened to be in the neighborhood placing signs and we approached him regarding our roof. He gave us a quote on site and after checking reviews and deciding to use this company, we agreed on the terms. Mr. Keefe's crew got to work once the permit was pulled and the shingles were chosen. He never asked for any money up front nor did he ask us to sign an Assignment of Benefits. They started work pretty quickly once the NOC and necessary paperwork was filed (also handled by Mr.Keefe). Upon completion, we hired a private, licensed and vetted roof inspector to complete a thorough inspection of the roof. They checked the decking, shingles, spacing, etc - everything that is required by code but also went into the attic space and checked from every possible angle. I am pleased to report that our inspector told us that this roof was not only well within the standards required, but it was among the top 5 roofs he had inspected.. in Panama City, FL these days, nearly every roof needs repair or replacement. We had to wait two weeks for them to inspect ours due to the demand and the amounts of roofing that is being performed. Hiring private inspections has been essential due to the unfortunate number of homeowners ending up with pretty roofs but - pretty roofs with problems. We have a pretty roof that is also going to last thanks to the attention to detail and superb craftsmanship that went into building it. Thanks to David Keefe, his son and the crew that worked to not only install our roof quickly and efficiently, but cleaned up behind themselves as well. Job well done! read more

He has replaced and repaired roofs on all of our rental homes as well as our primary home and I must say I am highly pleased by the workmanship and courtesy of his workers. We recently called David to come out and estimate a small leak in our roof. His rates were far more reasonable than the other estimates we received. He repaired the roof in a timely manner. Doesn't respond to repeated calls, emails, or website inquiries. I tried to find their physical address to stop by and their address is a residence, which seems a bit sketchy for an established business. I understand they may still be busy with hurricane Irma repair work, but it's been several months and they still haven't gotten organized enough to even reply to inquiries with a timeframe for availability? Seem very unprofessional, as they should at least respond that they aren't providing estimates right now and give some timeframe they might again start accepting work. Instead, nothing but complete silence. This might have been understandable for a few weeks after the storm, but 3 months later? why bother advertising a phone and contact if they don't even respond? Eventually, the hurricane work will slow, and they may regret being so unresponsive to local customers. If new customers are treated this way, I can't imagine how frustrating it would be if you needed to reach this company to deal with warranty work. I won't call this company again and will be sure to pass the word. read more
