Lamb and chicken over rice with salad
    Kristyles S.

Pretty good food, fast and convenient. I recommend trying if you're in the area. I got the S3 lamb and chicken over rice with salad. It was very good. Made fresh and served hot to go. Make sure you order some extra sauce on the side and if needed sauce for the salad, it comes plain no complaints on the food except maybe the rice could've been seasoned a little bit more . I added a little bit of my own seasoning once I got home.

Saw this driving by and scoped it out. The staff is super friendly and attentive. I ordered the Chapli, and it was delicious. I also took note that they make Turshi (Afghan pickled veggies). I look forward to returning.

Great authentic flavors, it's a must try restaurant. Their kabobs and mantu "dumpling" are amazing.

By far the BEST lamb dish I have ever had. The leg of lamb was tasty and cooked perfectly. And came with rice with raisins and carrots. It's a fresh meal that is not processed or heavily salted. I could eat this once a week. I have traveled all over the Middle East and this is by far the best right here in my own neighborhood. This delightful place takes me back twenty years! It's called Qabuli Palau.

amazing place. great portions. reasonable prices and the food is fantastic. highly recommend! about time VB got a decent kabob place! don't miss out !

The chicken over rice + white/garlic sauce changed my life. Maybe the greatest thing I have eaten in years.

I wish I had taken a picture of it because the other pics on Yelp don't do it justice. It was a lot of food too. The hummus was creamy and everyone loved it. They also brought out a delicious baklava for my birthday. Everyone I took with me enjoyed their food as well and we all ordered different entrees. The inside was nice and clean and the service was great. Will absolutely go back soon!

Our waitress checked in on us the perfect amount. She was attentive without being overbearing. I ordered the baba ghanoush and the beef kebab platter, and both were really good! I'll admit I've had better, which is why I'm giving this place 4 stars, but overall, I had a great experience. The food, atmosphere, and service definitely make this a place I'll be coming back to!

Particularly loved the spicy feta dip, baba ganoush, sumac cukes, and pickled beets. Falafel was also tasty- I think I liked this better than the veg kefta. I think they might have missed the spicy hummus and beet dip in my bowl, but to be fair, the bowl was packed to the lid and there really wasn't room for more. Harissa and lemon garlic sauces were both tasty. The pita, tho, was pretty terrible. The bowl comes with a half piece of pita and I ordered an extra on the side- both were brittle, dry, and breaking a part- definitely past their prime. I ordered via Uber Eats and it came without utentils or napkins, so be sure to ask if you are ordering delivery. And the pelegrino comes in a glass bottle and requires a bottle opener, so keep that it mind if you are in a hotel without kitchen supplies. :-) Hoping that they have fresh bread other days bc I'd def order again for a healthy, filling dinner.

Time for an update…read more My husband ordered me a Chicken Schwarma wrap from the airport as I had gotten up early, run a race, and was home alone for the night with our young toddler to surprise me - waiting for me when she went down for bed for dinner. I opened the wrap to find no chicken at all, like two extremely tiny dark dark brown pieces of meat, not fresh tomatoes or any of the usual things and a TON of sauce with some spinach. It's the worst wrap I've ever had in my life. I tried to call their store to complain and spoke to an AI chat bot that went around and around with me. I am astounded by the good reviews - my first experience was also a bowl so it seems those might be decent but the wrap was by far the worst I've ever had and was so swimming in sauce that even if it had chicken, which it certainly did not, it would have no really been edible. Gross. And a terrible thing to do to someone for dinner delivery when it's so late at night. I was exhausted from a long day and was really looking forward to this for dinner. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The food was ready in about 8 minutes and the gentlemen brought it out to my car, which was very nice. I liked the chicken gyro. It was different textures because of the toppings with a good taste and crunch. The chicken tawook was also good. I liked the beef as well, it was tender and the sauce on it was good. The hummas and tzatziki sauce tasted good also. It made the gyros better. I like that the gyros are rolled kinda long and thin so its easy to eat without everything spilling out. You could easily eat it and drive. The rice was cooked just right. It had no flavor at all, but it was somehow still good... I'd return to try other things. If your looking to try some different foods, this is a good place to try... I got some drinks and a few were good, but one was to sweet. I had fun picking out random things to try though. 4 stars!!

The food was…read moreabsolutely delicious the deviled eggs in particular were a standout, and everyone at our table raved about them. The bartender was wonderful -- warm, attentive, and happy to help even when several of us came up to order directly at the bar. Our two servers were also doing a great job under pressure; we came in as a large group all at once, and it was clear the restaurant was a bit understaffed for the volume that night. They handled it with grace, and a few small hiccups were completely understandable given the circumstances. The one real issue was management. Whoever was running the floor that night seemed far more stressed than anyone else on staff -- tense, unapproachable, and noticeably short with the servers, even though they were working hard and doing nothing wrong. It genuinely affected the mood on the floor. I'd encourage the owner to look into additional training for whoever is in that role, or consider whether they're the right fit for managing front-of-house during busy nights -- because the rest of the staff clearly deserves better support than that. Everything else about the evening reflected real care and hospitality, and I'd happily come back.

We came here for Valentine's Day with a reservation for three (2 adults and a child). We were…read moregreeted warmly and seated right away, which was impressive given how busy it was. Our first table ended up being under a spotlight that was directly in our line of sight (it looked like it was meant for the specials board), so we asked to move. Staff was accommodating and got us to a better table quickly. The space itself is really nice. It was clean, rustically decorated, and the live plants in liquor bottles on the tables are a nice touch. Our server was friendly from the start and took drink orders right away. My daughter and I had sodas, and my husband ordered the Southern Charm Old Fashioned off the specials menu, which he enjoyed. The menu is on the smaller side, which we actually like. One unique detail was the option to "buy a round for the kitchen," which we thought was a really nice touch and decided to add it when we ordered our appetizer. We started with the fried deviled eggs after a friend recommended them. They were creative with three styles (classic with pickle, togarashi ginger, and crispy prosciutto), but overall a bit on the dry side and not as flavorful as we expected. We asked for Dijon, but they don't have it. Our server suggested and brought out the Baja dipping sauce instead, which did pair well and kind of improved them. My husband had the fish and chips and really enjoyed it. He said the fish was flaky and well cooked. I ordered the Union grilled cheese, which unfortunately seemed like it had been sitting a bit before being served, as the bottom was soggy. It was just okay overall and not particularly memorable for the price. The sweet potato fries on the side were the clear standout. They were crispy, the perfect balance of sweet and salty and honestly the best part of the dish. Our daughter had the kid's smashburger. It was exactly that. Service throughout the meal was good. She was friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and there when needed. The main disappointment came at the end. When our meals were served, the server actually offered sauces at the table (ketchup, mayo, ranch, etc.), and specifically suggested items like the baja sauce for the eggs and ranch to us. Because of that, we were surprised to see several charges for the sauces on the bill, especially since they were offered and recommended at the table with no mention of any additional cost. We were also charged a credit card fee, with no signage anywhere (entrance, hostess stand, or menu) indicating that paying with a card would include an extra charge. It just left an unnecessary sour note on an otherwise solid, casual meal. Nothing was bad, and nothing really stood out as exceptional, but the lack of transparency around those final charges really impacted the overall experience for us.
