I just started coming here about two months ago, and it's become my Sunday morning ritual. It's easy on my knee, which I injured back in 2020, so wearing a brace is a must. I love taking Rob's class because it's engaging and fun. He challenges you, and I come out of that class sore for days. I'm not the fastest rider, but you can always modify by adding more resistance. The restrooms are clean and spacious. They welcome you with open arms and celebrate all milestones--whether it's your first ride, your 50th, or even your birthday.

All of the instructors I've taken have been consistently pretty good and I can always count on having a good workout here. My one and only complaint is that I've had tech issues with bike fairly often - maybe every 2 out of 5 classes, the sensors won't work or the screen won't sync and my stats aren't properly recorded, which is really frustrating. I've gotten mixed support from staff - sometimes they've moved me to other bikes, one time I got a free class after several classes in a row of having bike issues, other times I've been told it's an issue they're working on. All in all one of my favorite workouts, barring the occasional tech difficulties I face in class.

I live in Santa Monica, and Chrome Cycle's location is close to mine. I dropped in on Tuesday at 7 a.m. There were only nine people, so it's a great spot to avoid crowded places. The instructor, Jahni Haynes, guided us through the session. She was very motivating and led a sweaty, energizing session. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with clean bathrooms but no showers. EXCELLENT customer service at the front desk! I've been to many fitness studios where the person at the front desk is snobby or ignores people. I'm happy to report that the Chrom Cycle studio front desk lady passed the vibe check! She showed me around, got me the right-sized shoes, and adjusted my bike. FREE and EASY parking!
