She was a nice person and I was hoping I found someone I could stick with, but no, I have not. I'm really surprised about my experience since I decided to go see her based on the glowing reviews here and the experience she claims to have. This is why I felt like I had to leave a honest review. ------ Update: its been less than a week, and she has used too much glue and didnt smooth it out, the glue is clumpy and has sharp edges, it pokes my eyelids no matter how gently I touch them. And whe they fall out and gets in my eye - it hurts really bad and scratch my eyes they turn red.

My eyebrows were literally hurting afterward because she took off so much of my natural brow hair. When I asked for a refund, Titi told me she wasn't giving me my money back because I didn't want her or another tech to "fix" my brows -- even though more threading would've made the damage worse. I've had good experiences with other techs here, but I do not recommend Titi. She ruined my eyebrows and refused to give me my money back.

I received a custom facial from Lani and it was a great experience. She was super friendly and explained exactly what products she'd use based on my skin from her observation and my concerns. The facial was awesome and I'd love to put it in my routine consistently but it'd be a bit of a splurge for me. Now the space itself was beautiful but could use some improvements for customer experience. First the room I received my facial didn't have a curtain it was open which made it hard to relax and wind down because I could hear people moving throughout the spa and talking. A lot of talking. Not obnoxiously just more than I'd care to hear since I came to relax. Lastly. The music choices could also be a bit more relaxing like calming/soothing instrumentals rather than music with lyrics. Overall I'd visit again but some changes could make this a much better experience.

Additionally, the spa does not have a traditional facial with spa robes etc as it is all in the open so that takes away from the spa feel. Overall, the facial was great and I would definitely go back again!
