I gave the number a call after reading all the great reviews and was very disappointed with the interaction. I explained the situation I was in and was quickly given an estimate. Cool, that's helpful information. What's not helpful, is when I ask what exactly will be done and try to get clarification and I get remarks that come off very belittling, as if this is common knowledge I should understand. Rude. I also want to add that another reason I chose to give them a call initially is because of the many reviews stating they got to them within an hour I was told I wouldn't be able to be seen until 5pm (and it is currently 9am for reference). Long story, but someone stole my stroller with my keys inside. After hours of trying to find the stroller and hoping they left the keys, I finally gave up. My husband suggested looking into an auto locksmith - had no idea they were even a thing. Benjamin is one of the most responsive and helpful contractors I have ever had. I needed the old lock on my front door changed - a top deadbolt and a bottom lock in the handle. I called him and he answered the phone! Then he gave me his text so I could send pictures of what I already had.
