Prompt response in 20 minutes for unlocking a locked bedroom doorknob in the South Bay. Adam got the door open after a few minutes of hammering a key several times and trying the lock. He will ask you if you know which direction the lock normally twists. I got mine wrong and gave him the wrong answer but he managed to figure out the correct direction on his own after several attempts.
