I visited their showroom that Monday and chose a stone I'd previously seen and loved at Arizona Tile, which they were able to source for me. Ben got me scheduled for installation within the week. The crew that came out was fantastic--each one introduced themselves, explained what they'd be doing, asked a few questions, and got right to work. It was a big job, but they finished the same day and the result was absolutely beautiful. Later, I noticed a very small issue and asked Ben if his guys could fix it the next time they were in my area. Despite having all of our details months ahead of time and a signed quote in place, he added $2,300 of charges 2 days before installation (with no changes requested by us). He refused to install until we agreed, and we had no choice because he had possession of our slabs and had already started cutting them, and we were on a deadline. There were many visible cracks in the countertops, and the steel supports he put in were just short prefab cement stakes secured only with a few dabs of glue (see photos). Overall bad experience. Do not recommend. Use someone with a more proven track record.
