And anytime I go to use the website, the absurd password strength rules make it a major hassle to log in. And you can't even pay online through their site. A bank, that doesn't take payments online. Let that sink in. I have account with several other banks/lenders, and never has anything been this much of a pain in the rear to administer. Do yourself a favor and go with a bigger fish. Nice people don't make up for lousy support.
