I was offered to test drive the Mazda 3. I came in during the Covid time and to make things difficult I didn't really know the area very well and I asked if my sales guy can go with me. He went and asked his manager if that was possible and all was good. Yes he had a mask on. My sales rep was Eric Maura. He was very knowledgeable about all Mazda cars. He himself owns a Mazda as well. He explained everything very well. I was super excited and at the end of the day I ended up purchasing the Mazda 3 GT AWD. I was super happy. I also got 0% financing. It was a super awesome deal. In the finance department, I was dealing with Navin Mahal and again, everything was explained very well to me. I picked up the car two days later. I had Eric arrange for an insurance broker to come in to do the paperwork. I mentioned to Eric the license plate that I wanted. He had that arranged as well. When I picked up my car, he explained everything very clearly to me again and reminded me all of the specs. I walked out super happy and was very pleased. I call them to book an appointment to get it fixed and I go in at 7:30 for said appointment. To be told that if it's in the same spot, it's probably body work issue which they don't do and to save my time and money (which i shouldn't even be paying again in the first place) that I should go to a body shop and they wouldn't do anything to stop the leak they didn't stop in the first place. Now I'm missing work, paying again, and my roof is stuck leaking in our now very rainy Vancouver days. Never coming back. Also they left a bunch of goo on my car from the first repairs that is still stuck to my paint. Little signature to show their work.

Same excellent service and quality of work on the Nissan. Michael, the estimator, is friendly, fast and efficient, and I'm fortunate to easily get a courtesy car when needed. The waiting area is very comfortable with a variety of seating areas and electrical outlets. They also have coffee and teas which are nice. That's for the body shop. I can't speak for the other departments. Across the street is MacDonald s and they are very close to Costco as well so if you have a long wait those are some options for places to visit.

From the start, I was misled and stalled: Staff confirmed availability but never followed up. After a test drive and submitting all documents, my employment verification "failed", despite my HR confirming everything was correct. Repeated follow-ups led to conflicting updates, unavailable staff, and unnecessary pressure to buy a different car I didn't want. Finance managers were sarcastic and unprofessional, pushing me toward alternatives instead of respecting my choice. After 9 days of back-and-forth, I was finally told my loan was rejected by all banks, and their mishandling negatively affected my credit score. The dealership misled me on pricing and availability of the car, posting it online at a higher price immediately after I inquired. This was supposed to be my first car purchase, but their actions caused stress, confusion, and financial damage. I will be filing a consumer complaint. This was an extremely shady experience, even relative to the low expectations I have when talking to used car salespeople. We started off on a shady foot when I asked for the carfax report they claim to provide on all cars and they texted me the photo of a printout of an incomplete carfax report that was over a year old (the status of the report was "pending", if the report is complete the status will read "complete"). They salesman explained that the report was up to date because they'd had the car on the lot for a year and it hadn't been driven. That didn't explain why they wouldn't give me a complete report and, when I asked for an up to date and complete report, they told me they'd give me one when I bought the car and took delivery of it, which would defeat the purpose of looking at the carfax report before buying. It's also curious that they told me that the car had sat on the lot for a year without being driven because the car had 6000 km put on it since they bought the car and had it inspected at the dealership. If they'd told me that they were using it as a dealership loaner or one of the salesman was driving it, I wouldn't have objected to that, but saying that the car wasn't driven when you put 6000 km on it is a bald faced lie. 30 seconds into talking to a salesman, we have one obvious lie and multiple shady things (incomplete carfax report, unwillingness to run another one until after you buy the car). I won't bore you with what transpired during the rest of the discussion, but it was more of the same. Detectable lies mixed in with statements that would seem suspicious even when not surrounded by lies.
