My friend had a colby jack burger. We loved the fries but his medium well looked like a hockey puck and came on a sandwich roll not a burger bun?! More on him as I think medium rare is the only way. First, Kathy, who I exchanged multiples emails with, was always very quick and informative whenever I had any questions.
