These guys did a wonderful job cleaning our really filthy grill. They were here for almost 6 hours carefully taking things apart, meticulously cleaning and then reassembling our grill. Now it looks like new! We did need to buy some replacement parts but they directed us where to go online to buy them (rather than go through them and pay an upcharge). They will be back next week to install the replacement parts and I can't wait to try out the good-as-new grill. And best of all, these two were just as meticulous about cleaning up before they left. You'd never know that our deck had been the scene of such a dirty job. We will definitely call for cleaning again. read more

Our Weber gas grill is at least ten years old and had never been cleaned. Jack worked non-stop for 3 hours and did a great job. He is very tidy and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. There were parts that needed to be ordered, he ordered them, and called me to tell me that had come in. I couldn't make the time he had available, and when I called to make a appointment for him to come back out to install the parts, he literally showed up at my door within the hour. They did a great job on my grill! It looked brand new after they left. I was so impressed with the attention to detail they demonstrated. Using the grill after their work felt like I was using a brand new grill. I contacted Jack after reading these good reviews. He first came out and replaced my igniter. He did that at what I considered to be a reasonable cost. He is so busy that I was unable to schedule a cleaning for about 2 months later. He did that cleaning today. He is very thorough and does a very professional job but I didn't want that good of a job. When I noticed how long it was taking, I asked and he said a unit of my size would take about 5 hours which was about twice as long as I had expected. Since he's paid hourly, I didn't want to have the cleaning costs be almost as much as a new barbecue. He was spending a lot of time scraping the inside of the unit. So we decided on a lesser amount of cleaning that got it down to 3.5 hours. I mainly wanted the grills, exterior and burners serviced. The unit now looks almost brand new. I would recommend him to anyone but I'd first be clear in what you want and how much your willing to spend. As others mentioned, he also provides maintenance tips before he leaves. You can't go wrong with Jack. read more

Jack, the owner of BBQ Revivers, just completed a year-end cleaning and refurbishing of our outdoor kitchen grill and burner top. What an awesome job he did! We set up the appointment by email--he was booked out for 2 month. Jack reconfirmed the appointment, sent me a text when he left for my home in Los Altos, and arrived right on time, at 8:30 AM. He assessed the job, made a recommendation regarding putting the grates, etc, in plastic as I was shutting down for the season, and then proceeded to the work. At 5 PM, he finished! Everything was almost like new! Jack has a remarkable system for cleaning everything, with what looked like customized equipment to get at the grime, grease and corrosion accumulated over time. The cost was precisely what he had quoted and he even helped me put on the custom cover before he left! I give BBQ Revivers the highest rating and will be using Jack again next year at the conclusion of the grilling season. read more
