I did a call in order and didn't specify so they gave white rice. I think I was kind of expecting the riblets but maybe I was given steak instead. This was my first Korean food experience in the area so I don't have much to compare it to. Food tasted fresh but I was expecting it to look similar to the picture. What disappointed me most was the customer service and the treatment of the doordash driver---everything far as principle... I've ordered from other locations before, and they were far more polite and accommodating than this Hanover location. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AS LONG AS The general manager, Alex, is still employed here. He comes across as sarcastic, passive-aggressive, and dismissive during our conversation. Even when the driver offered to pay for the extra sauce, he still refused. All this over 99 cents!?! At that point, it wasn't even about the $0.99 sauce anymore -- it was the attitude.
