There is ample parking. The entrance was a bit tight (space) but it was beautifully set up and peaceful. The front desk was small but efficient. The staff that checked me in was super sweet and helpful. She checked me in and got me set up in changing room. She walked me through each step of the process. I was given a locker to store my clothes and was given a white rob to change into and sandals. The dressing room had lockers a separate toilet area, shower and area to dress. When I finished changing into my robe I went into the relaxation room and waited for my masseuse to pick me up. I scheduled the ultimate massage. Chris my masseuse was wonderful. He worked on the many knots on my neck and back. I had a full body massage for 80 minutes and it was so worth it.

Fifteen minutes before my massage was even finished, the reflexology therapist barged in, interrupting my masseuse, and started rubbing my feet with one hand while playing games and texting with the other. My masseuse didn't say a word. After the massage therapist left, this woman -- who had a terrible attitude -- continued her so-called "reflexology" the same way: one-handed, distracted, and clearly uninterested. I'm not a confrontational person, but she honestly intimidated me. In hindsight, I should have spoken up. I will never go back. I can only hope she's no longer there, because I doubt I'm the first person to complain.

I was told that because I was "5 minutes late," they would be deducting time from my treatment. Already off to a rocky start, I arrived and was brought to the treatment room where the therapist immediately peppered me with questions and asked what I wanted. When I told her, she responded with "you only have about 20 minutes." I checked my watch -- there was still a full 45 minutes remaining in my session. So where exactly did that time go? To make matters worse, when I finished and was sitting in the waiting area waiting for my Uber, another client walked in and apologized for being late. The receptionist's response? "Don't worry honey, we'll take care of you." No phone call. No time deducted. No problem. The double standard here is impossible to ignore. Arrive 4 minutes early? You're penalized and rushed through a session someone clearly couldn't time correctly. Arrive late as someone else? Warmly welcomed with zero consequences. I'm not sure if the issue is with timekeeping, mathematics, or just selective customer service -- but either way, it's completely unacceptable. Save your money and find a spa that treats all of its customers with the same courtesy and respect.

She walked me through all the details of the process and went above and beyond helping to get some of the ingrown hairs on my shins from years of waxing. They have a small waiting area out front with water and small snacks and candies. Everything here is super pink and extremely clean and honestly just such a great energy. I really enjoyed how Amber asked if I had any allergies prior to starting the service and walked me through the clean ingredients that would be used on all products. Sugaring does not hurt at all compared to waxing and this officially is my new favorite service spot. All in all the stylist was very kind and friendly. She did a very good job and they did offer me coffee/tea during the treatment. All in all, it was a summer adventure, but I do not like the effect the treatment had on my hair so I would not do it again.
