I tried again in October 2025 and was finally able to snag a reservation for September 2026. So this dining experience was 2 years in the making! I can see why reservations sell out so quickly though. The chef can only accommodate 10 seats per seating and is only open a few days of the week. Furthermore, he has a dedicated fan following. Of which, my wife and I will proudly be a part of. Food and reservations are two parts of a three piece puzzle, though. For us, the third and final piece was the people we dined with. They were all incredibly kind, vocal, and passionate foodies. Everyone loved food and wanted to tell the others what they'd ordered and how much they enjoyed it.
