RESPONSIVENESS - very fast, very responsive, very professional. A tad too frequent, but apparently roof repair is a competitive business. INSPECTION - scheduled and conducted efficiently; exceptionally thorough inspection report (David). COST - in line with all other quotes, which are apparently driven by the insurance estimate. Green Oak differentiation included owner interaction, master roofer certification, 5 star rating, excellent warranty, professional documentation and workflow management. WORK - scheduled efficiently, material arrived on time the day before, crew arrived on time the day of, work was conscientious and completed in 3/4 day (townhome), clean-up (including loose nail hunt) was impressively thorough. AFTER - received certificate of completion in a timely manner, along with photo record of repaired roof. Not being a roofer, it's difficult to assess the integrity of the new roof & shingles, however the end result appears clean and professional. Suspect the new, high-quality roof will increase the townhome value and/or decrease time to sell based on the high-quality products used and overall curb appeal of the work. I was constantly having to call them for updates while they never called back and then multiple times cancelled appointment because the person got in an accident on the way to my house (same story 3 times). They hide behind the act of god provision instead of acting in good faith. When I reached out to the guy who worked on my original estimate he said he had left the company and replied "That is why I left. This is what they do." Although everything seems fine on the initial install, if anything goes wrong they will pin the costs on you. Buyer beware. Edit. - to be clear they took 3.5 months to get someone out to even look at the repair work needed to be done and after another month later I am still waiting on an estimate to fix. It's not about the money it's about the process and professionalism which are both lacking.
