My wife and I have been going here since they opened. Probably a couple dozen times dining in at this place. Chicken was always moist, crispy, flavorful. Usually get a couple of orders of wings and an order of the kimchi fried rice. Always good food, decent service. Our most recent visit was horrible. We had a gap between this most recent visit, and our previous visit, probably close to six months (I'm guessing October of 2025 was our previous visit). We went in not that long ago, within the last month or so. Dine in. I am pretty sure the business has new owners, at least the kitchen and wait staff were all different from our previous visits. We were the only people sitting in the restaurant. Other than a handful of Doordash orders, not a lot going on here. Service staff basically ignored us. Too busy looking at their phone. Chicken was dry, chewy. Kimchi fried rice was dry (how do you even pull that off??). After we were finished eating (ate maybe a 1/4 of the food) we sat there for like 25 minutes staring at our plates with the wait staff sitting on a table like maybe 15-20 feet away from us staring at their phone. I had to get up and walk over to ask for the check. So, in summary, food was bad, service was worse and to be honest, food was way over priced. We're never coming back to this place. Unfortunate too, used to be good and there are not a ton of options for Korean fried chicken in the Lowell area. You're better off at Bon Chon (well, unless they took a nose dive since our last visit too...). read more

Flavorful, super crispy, delicious Fried Chicken!! My favorite is their soy garlic wings. Their wings are MUCH bigger than another popular chain that will not be mentioned. Their chicken stays crispy for so long. Great for parties! Another thing I love ordering is their rose tteokbokki. That sauce is so addictive!! Workers are always really nice read more

Oh man! We have been wanting to try this location for some time and just never wanted to go through the hassle of downtown - but today we did it! Good things : I loved my cheeseling boneless wings! The flavor was on point for me and they fried the chicken to be very crispy. My husband enjoyed his spicy wings and my daughter her soy garlic wings. Bad things : I spent $136 (w tip) and they forgot the white rice (side), 2 colelsaws (paid out of pocket) and no daikon. I didn't notice until we got home and was not going back out, it's cold and rainy. My daughter got the rose ddeok - bokki and said there was no flavor to it. We got kimchi fried rice and also very bland and not very flavorful. For me, I did not like the soy garlic, I felt it was way too coated and beyond sticky. Overall - 3-4 stars but paying that much and things missing really puts a damper on the mood when you're looking forward to something. May try again, just not anytime soon. read more

Food came and was hot and very tasty! Delivery service was a bit longer than I anticipated but it was all good!

I've probably eaten at the location only twice. The atmosphere is like bonchon, but less sports bar and more family restaurant. What I like about their chicken is that there's so many different flavors to try. The wings of fire are my favorite and my go-to whenever I order delivery. I wouldn't be able to choose between bbq and bonchon only because they're two different styles of chicken. However, I can say I love their tteokbokki way more than bonchon. Overall, a good spot for chicken. read more

I've been a customer for years since they first opened their doors in Lowell. In the beginning the quality oc the chicken was amazing and was visiting a couple times a month. After man years has passed with a size-able customer base, it seems like they haven't cared much now. Some of the staff members didn't speak English and only Spanish made it quite difficult to request things. Today though was probably the last straw for me. I noticed my chicken was not hot, not even warm BUT my son's chicken was hot and my daughter's Ddeok-Bokki was fresh. Halfway through eating I noticed a chicken was partially eaten! That probably explained why it wasn't hot. Must've been someone else's leftover. It's already been going downhill for me but THIS, this is it for me. Not going back ever. Hopefully, this will not happen to anyone else ever. I really did enjoy this place before. read more

This is the worst restaurant I have been to in Lowell. I sat down in the restaurant, and I was the only person there the whole time. The waiter ignored me almost the whole time and was very slow, but that was the least of the problems. The food took close to an hour, and mind you I'm the only person in the restaurant other than a couple take out orders. The hour wait was not worth it at all, the rice bowl was just okay, and the chicken was very greasy, chewy and unappetizing. I got sick after eating the chicken and rice, waste of time and money. read more

Cheesling fries r good but expensive. All da chicken wings have no flavor n ive tried a couple of their flavors n didnt taste good. Their race cakes were also horrid. Don't get me started on their service. read more

Everything here was delicious!! We came on a Sunday midday so it was not busy and parking was easy. My most favorite chicken was the cheeseling. We also really enjoyed the honey garlic a lot. The original flavor was delicious too because it had flavor and was juicy. Kimchi fried rice helped to balance all the taste. Definitely would come back again soon! read more

The food was absolutely disgusting, it took 45 minutes to get a chicken sandwich, pure oil it was foul. The worker was so rude even though there was at-least 3 workers, he was extremely rude and the establishment was gross and unsanitary. don't go . disgusting. read more

I been here twice and it's an okay spot for Korean food. The fried chicken there is nice and crispy. We got the buldak fried rice, kimchi fried rice. It feels like they are understaffed most of the time like only one server working so it could take a while. The only server there was very friendly and the food came out fairly quickly. Inside is pretty spacious and it's usually not busy. read more

Honestly, these people have great food, but the 35+ min wait on orders when the store isn't busy at all is insane. I've only been here a couple of times and every time is a 30-35 min wait on a 16 piece wing and 2 sides of steamed rice. And mind you that's only for takeout. Dine- in is a whopping 35-40 min wait on the same order. As I've been sitting here waiting for my takeout the people in the kitchen have been doing nothing but standing in a group laughing, like I'm wondering who's really cooking the food if 4 people stand there laughing and talking for 10min. Bonchon is faster and better to be honest. read more

This place is amazing, and the Korean fried chicken is fire! I couldn't believe how crispy they were able to get the chicken wings, and the Honey Garlic sauce was a perfect balance of mild spice and sweet flavor. My boys and I love some heat so we decided to order the Jjimdak which was new to the menu and oh boy was it delicious! The heat level in the dish was excellent not too too hot, but lit up my mouth with heat. I can't wait to go back and try more of their wing flavors and spicy Korean dishes. If you like crispy fried chicken you gotta visit this place and give it a try. If you've been here before you know what I'm talking about! read more

I love the fried chicken here! So good. My go to bowl is the chicken one with the scramble eggs on top. Just amazing! But man is this place expensive! read more

My new favourite go-to for chicken wings, which puts other wings chain to shame. We got the soy garlic wings (which tasted pretty good, but I think I've had a better one. But this comes second to my favorite), galbi wings (AMAZING!!) and kimchi fried rice. Over all everything was delicious and flavorful. Can't wait to visit again. read more

I liked the kimchi fried rice. The only down side is that it isn't spicy. It's very mild The dumplings were ok. Tastes like an average dumpling so it wasn't exceptional but it also wasn't bad. Now onto the main dish - The chicken. I really want to say that it was the greatest chicken I've ever had but I can't. I got the boneless original and soy garlic. The flavors were really good but the downside is that it was extremely undercooked. Both times when I dined in and DoorDashed, I got the same exact order of chicken - 8 piece boneless original and 8 piece boneless soy garlic. Both times they were undercooked. When I doordashed it, I had to pop it in the air fryer for a little longer. The real issue lies in that they refuse to listen to their customers. Multiple people have pointed out that their chicken were undercooked. Yet the same excuse is that it's a "pinking effect" that still happens despite cooking it to proper temp. You're telling me that this pinking effect happens THIS often? Also it is way too expensive for a casual chain food place. $30 for a whole fried chicken is unspeakable. Please start supporting local Asian eateries instead of this abominable place. read more

This food was the worst ive had in a long time. The chicken was slimey and took forever. The second we walk in we get treated poorly by the host and made us feel uncomfterable , very standoff-ish. After we get the food my daughters plate she ordered had some Ingredients she was not aware of that she was allergic to once we told the hostess he took our food and still charged us when we didn't have a bite of it. He did not offer us a refund or an exchange for a meal. The manager was terrible. I will tell people and recommend no one to come here and eat it's a shit hole ! read more

My wife and I have been sick all day today after ordering their boneless chicken last night. Even without the food poisoning, the chicken was kinda gross. Sauces were good, but, the fried parts of the chicken seemed to hold onto a lot of oil and I'm not sure if the oil was rancid or what, but, it tasted odd last night and all day today (burping up that grossness) as I've been sick and unable to eat. I can still taste it. Maybe we just got unlucky. But, for this experience, we will not ever be ordering again. read more

Chicken wings were dry, pot stickers had little flavor, and the Bilogi fries were ok. Way too much money for the quantity and quality of the food. I tried it and won't be going back. read more

Its a start! Still has the sign from the old company up, but they are on their way and I am rooting for them. Bumped into this brand new place while looking for food before a show. Asian dishes all apparently have MSG, so I couldn't eat it, but the chicken was good. They were already out of bone-in wings (a good sign) read more

Chicken was delicious! We stopped by and were surprised by how many flavors were available! We ordered the original spicy wings and the soy garlic, and both were delicious! The chicken was the perfect crispy and some of the best Korean fried chicken in the area. Price was very reasonable and we will definitely be back! read more

My friends and I have come here a few times already and we love it. The Ddeok-Bokki is a must try and if you're going to get the fries go cheesling. I mostly stick to the boneless wings and they've always been crispy and juicy. Can't wait to come back! read more

Order all the time. Food is consistent and good. A bit on the pricier side, but it's well worth it. K-Food is great.

Food Amazing chix! Service good, friendly. Ambiance great for larger crowd, or small and cute for date night.

Fresh and delicious chicken dishes and fast delivery from GrubHub!They provided plastic wares as well.Very clean and neat from what I can see from packaging alone. read more

I came here the service was horrible server never checked on us. The food first off I order a 1/2 chicken sauced the pieces of chicken besides one thigh and one wing looked like random chicken and skin fried and sauced. Sauce was horrible. I do not know what soy garlic everyone is speaking of that was so good it was inedible. Chicken was slimy and unseasoned. I gave two stars because the cheesling fries were different, tasty and weird. The dumplings were not fried long enough and the filling was unseasoned. They definitely need to do more research and add passion to this business. read more

This place is a joke compared to Allston place, and I think Allston place isn't that good. As a Korean, I wouldn't recommend coming to this place. I usually don't leave reviews, but this bbq deserves one. Fried chicken was terrible and small, cheesling didn't even have powder and radish is so small and you need to pay extra for 10 pieces of radish. DO NOT GO. read more

They have improved so much since the begin. The food is much better than when they first opened.

Well this was my second try here. Went few days after they had opened wasn't impressed figure they just opened let's try it again. Ordered through DoorDash got the galbi boneless had hardly no flavor think few pieces may be unde cooked not sure. Gangnam style wings were ok and kimchi rice that's what the two Stars are for. My friend and I come here every once in awhile to get food which is usually good. However, we probably will not return after the experience we had today. After paying the bill, the waitress demanded me to give her a tip and did not give my friend their change. We always tip so we were going to do so after receiving our change. My friend had to ask the waitress for their change which she handed to them and immediately demanded it back saying "you need to tip me". The waitress was extremely rude and demanded we tip (even though we were already planning to). read more

For a place that basically specializes in chicken, I've gotta say the chicken is gristly. You've gotta chew the meat from around the cartilage or tendons or whatever that is. All for $16 for 8 pieces. read more
