Honestly if yelp had zero stars, I would give them zero. I've ordered from many bb.q chicken stores before and this store honestly has to be the WORST I've been to. We were the first customers of the store, arriving a minute before they opened. Usually the chicken we receive are large pieces, completely drenched in sauce, and soft in texture. But in this store, the chicken were tiny, barely without any sauce, and we could not even bite into it. The chicken's texture tasted like chicken that has been refried many times. Even the store itself was untidy, and the bathroom reeked of smell. I do not recommend going to this store and I myself will never order at this store ever again. I came here after class with my buddy Lisa L. We ordered the some chicken wings to go. We ordered three different types. The golden olive chicken wings was their most lightly battered and fried plain chicken wings but it was pretty darn good. I really liked it. The honey garlic chicken was very tasty and it was finger licking good. Each of those two we ordered the 10 pack. The third and final was the Gangnam style chicken wings and we got the 20 pack which I was overall Disappointed. It was full of flavor but it was the least liked amongst the three we chose. I think the chicken was a bit mushy. For sides we got their French fries which was good and cole slaw was good as well. We also got the corn salad but I wouldn't recommend that on a future visit. These aren't scrawny wings either, like when the meat to crust ratio is out of whack. My boyfriend thinks these are the meatiest Korean Chicken Wings of all the places we've been to...high praise! The crust is good & crispy. The Secret Spicy sauce was subtly sweet, tangy & just spicy enough. Man it sure is messy though! Each table really should have a napkin dispenser rather than have to keep asking for them. We indulged in the Cheese Corn. A shallow medium-sized platter of molten hot white cheese & tender corn & maybe a few other things but all I know is it bubbles & glistens & tastes buttery sweet & rich! The food came with a ramekin of diced radish. It is a nice way to clear the pallet for the next incoming wing. We missed the simple shredded lettuce (or cabbage) salad with 1000 Island that usually comes automatically. Next time we'll ask about it. Service was attentive & there's plenty of parking. This is our go-to for Korean fried chicken. Friendly service. Nice selection of beer (on tap and bottled). Recommend the Honey Garlic for fried wings and Lemon Pepper for baked. Can't go wrong with any of the options though if you're in the mood for chicken. They only have takeout available but can't wait until their dine-in is open again. I love b.bq chicken we don't live near this one but we figured since it was on the way home we'll give it a try. It was already 9pm and it was a school night my kids were hungry as we didn't want to wait 30 minutes for it so we ordered it for pick up so it'll be ready by the time we get there so my kids can eat right away. We got there at 9:20 food was not ready yet. The girls loves cheesling powdered chicken and we kindly asked the owner some extra he said "no no we can't do that, it's expensive" I said okay we'll pay for it no problem. He still wouldn't accommodate us on that. He was really rude about some powder. The food was ready and we kindly asked him if we can eat there at the restaurant instead and he gave my husband the biggest attitude! That got us pissed. The owner said not to do that and to come inside and order instead. We still ate there because the kids were hungry. The chicken barely had any seasoning on it! It wasn't the crunchy and flavorful as the one on Lakewood by our house. The one on Lakewood accommodates to all our needs, extra cheesling? You got it! This location NOOOOOO.. with extra free side of attitude! The owner here isn't the best. He needs to learn how to manage his attitude. I left there pretty dissatisfied and disappointed. I would never come here again EVER. Note to the owner you need to chill out sometimes things doesn't need to be so complicated. I gotta send a quick shout out to bb.q Chicken. Once again, they came through with a gem. We ordered about 70 boneless pieces (6 different flavors). All of them were perfect. Fries, sweet potato fries, and onion rings were also delicious. The service was friendly (as always). I ordered for takeout about 30 minutes before they closed and they went to work and had it done in about 15-20 minutes. I love this place. We will definitely be back again soon. I ordered $60 of food and while I was ordering, my kids were sitting in chairs near the door. For safety reasons, I told them to sit at a 2-seat table to be closer to me while I ordered. The man said "you can't sit there, those seats are for dine-in only." Mind you, the restaurant was *empty* and there wasn't any other customers apart from us. I ended up just having them stand next to me. I asked to order my food to-go but to eat in the restaurant. I knew we wouldn't finish everything so I wanted it to already be packed up and paid for once we were done eating. He said "no". It was either I ordered my food to-go and leave, or order dine-in and eat there. Ok. We dined in. First thing he does once we're seated is he tells my 4-year old daughter to take her shoes off the chair. She was sitting on her feet so she could see over the table without a booster seat. He did not like that. We finish our food and of course I ask for to-go boxes (like I originally requested). He comes to our table to be sure we actually need to-go boxes. This place has great KFC (korean fried chicken)! I have only done take from this place, but the quality and taste has never disappointed. My wife introduced me to the restaurant and we have been eating from here ever since. Super close and convenient but also awesome taste. Even my kids who are picky eaters love the wings here. I came here today for the first time and Lord Have Mercy, was it fantastic! First off the young guy at the counter was so pleasant and we chatted about soccer and Liverpool, always a plus! Most importantly I ordered the whole secret sauce chicken and it was sooooo delicious! Juicy, tender, hot with a slightly spicy and sweet flavor, loved it! I came here when visiting my parents in Orange County. Thanks to my fellow Yelpers, I knew that the food took about 20 plus minutes to prepare since it was all made from scratch. So I called in an order for dine in for my father and I. My dad doesn't normally eat or like fried chicken/wings as far as I can remember. This restaurant resides in what was previously a Pizza Hut. It's in a large plaza so there is tons of parking. We got there about 25 minutes after caling the order in. We were immediately seated and served. I think we were there around 6 PM. At the time, the place was about 60 percent full (Upon leaving, it was 100 percent full). The order was for 10 soy garlic wings and half order of original golden olive chicken. Both were delicious. My dad and I destroyed everything on the table. He even inquired about ordering more food. You can really tell when food is made fresh to order, and it was well worth the wait. If you are alright with waiting 20 or more minutes for your food, you will be properly rewarded here. This joint is a true example of how chicken should be prepared and served! read more

We ordered the BB and soy garlic wings along with some fries that were surprisingly crispy and light. The BB flavor is kind of like original except there's an extra kick of spice. Soy garlic was the clear favorite here. The sauce is glazy, sweet, full of flavor. The wings have the perfect amount of batter, skin, to meat ratio. I've been to so many chimaek spots where the chicken pieces are gigantic already and they add on a thick layer of batter. Not bb.q chicken - the wings here are the perfect size, which were so delicious before I knew it my friend and I dusted off 20 wings like nothing. Service was great from start to finish. Placing the order over the phone before coming was quick and painless. The two servers here both checked up on us and made sure everything was alright as we dined in. The two things that really stood out was the moist juicy breast meat (so hard to get right and they did it perfectly. Order it original plain.) And the soy garlic, the first bite made me pause and go huh? but it was cooked perfectly! The fries get honorable mention. They had a nice crispy light crunch. My friend loved the secret sauce. We both felt the half and half secret sauce chicken was covered too heavily in sauce. And where o where is my white rice :( Find your flavor... start with original. We had to chase the waiter and ask for every little thing (straws, ketchup for our fries, radish). If you don't ask, they won't give. At the end of our meal, we asked for a to-go container for our radish that we barely touched but wanted to take home. They said we can't take our radish to-go... which I don't understand why. We asked for a side of hot sauce and it was 2$ We ordered two baskets of chicken and only got ONE very tiny bowl of daikon radish to share between us. We had to buy a plate of cabbage which is usually a complimentary side dish at most fried chicken places. The chicken gets salty without radish and cabbage but they charge you a lot for such cheap ingredients. The water here tastes extremely bad like toilet bowl water. I see why there's togo boxes everywhere right when you walk in they don't seem to like dine in customers. It came out to 42$ for two people to eat.
