Unfortunately, my experience getting my nails done afterward was completely different. The nail tech got acrylic dip all over my fingers and had to physically clip it off, cutting my finger in the process. It hurt badly enough that I bled, and when I showed him, he simply said "oh sorry" and continued. When he painted my nails, the yellow polish was bubbly and see-through, so I politely asked for a second coat. He did one hand and then asked if the other hand was okay with only one coat. When I nicely asked if he could please do a second coat on that hand as well, he rolled his eyes and started huffing and puffing. I never complain, I was polite throughout the entire appointment, and I still tipped 20%. I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and disappointed by the way I was treated. I most likely won't return, which is unfortunate because Lilly was wonderful and I would have loved to continue booking with her.
