I came here for the first time and I got there a few minutes after they opened and I only waited about 10 minutes which was nice. Customers service was also great. I came in to get my eyebrows done and well I was NOT disappointed. They were raggedy and they got me right !

I have trust issues when it comes to my eyebrows because I like them thick/full, and so many places have made them thin. It is unfortunate to see all the time I spend growing them out go to waste, so I get nervous going to new threading salons. I actually went here one time a few years ago because the other places I typically go to were too out of the way and I needed convenience at the time. I left SO upset and with uneven eyebrows. I know that "eyebrows are sisters, not twins" but they were completely annihilated with one being a different shape and placement (one brow was much higher), as well as being too thin. Fast forward to two months ago, I come back because I, once again, needed to get my brows done out of convenience. This time, the outcome was positive. I always tell the artist exactly what I want, and Bahar listened and delivered. She even handed me a mirror before completing my brows to ensure I liked them, which I very much did. I had a little gap because I was in the process of still growing them, so I wanted to keep it, and it was barely even noticeable with the work she did. I went back just yesterday and luckily it was Bahar again. She kept my eyebrows full and shaped them so nicely, so I am so excited and will continue to see her.

One thing I don't appreciate is liars. I called and asked if Mia was available and was told she was. I came in to find out it was the same lady who messed up my brows in the first place! I gave this place high hopes to finally be the one place for my brows. And I'm so upset that I've been lied to more than once. I will not be returning here for my brows anymore. read more

Went today, 5/20 and was helped by a young lady. First, her hands smelled like cigarette smoke. It was so gross so have that smell right in my face. I told her I had makeup on my brows so she could wipe it off before she did them. She said she didn't need to. Got home, wiped my makeup and this is the result. My eyebrows are so crooked. read more

I went for the first time today and was greeted my Angie. She did my eyebrow threading right away. She did an AMAZING job asked how I wanted my brows done and didn't just do want she wanted. I will definitely be going back to her. She mentioned she only works Saturday and Sundays. So look for Angie on those days. read more

BB brow was worth the drive, since I was in the area decided to give them a try. I was nervous! since I had a bad experience months ago some where else. I was a hairy mess! Maria did a great job! She asked me what I wanted. She threaded my eye brown and lip. Plus she also suggested my chin(as mentioned hairy mess!). I didn't expect it to be painful but soon enough she was done; she worked wonders and a miracle happened. I highly recommend BB Brow! My eyebrows look amazing!!! read more

Bahar, the owner is amazing. So friendly and welcoming. She has a light touch when threading my eyebrows which is great because some people hurt when they thread. She makes her own tinting products which I purchased and they work great! 5 stars for sure!! read more

Came in because my brows needed some help. It's been awhile! My original brow salon at otay ranch mall closed down during the pandemic. I came here because my friend had mentioned it and she said they were good. Very simple shop. I was the only one in. The lady was nice and threaded my brows quickly. I was very pleased with the outcome! They also have a frequent visit punch card so be sure to get yours when you drop by! read more

Usually come here but a new girl attended me Diana I have never seen her but when I walked in she was just texting and didn't even welcome me in I stood by the chair waiting for her to acknowledge me. When she was doing my eyebrows her Apple Watch kept going off and she would stop to look at her text mid service of her doing my eyebrows. When she finished I told her I didn't like how thick they looked she tried to fix them but they looked even worse her response after was if I fix them from under they will look thin I am not gonna do that. Never coming here again not worth the risk. read more

The owner was very kind and mentioned future services like microblading (which I've had done and need a re-touch), eyelashes & ombré. On the store sign it says they open at 10am, not 11am but they're closed Mondays. Very happy with my brows. It was only $13.00 for a threading. Liked that she sanitized the chair prior to use and changed out her gloves after working on a previous customer. read more

I used to get my brows threaded at Brow Arc over at the Otay Ranch Mall. I was loyal there for over 6 years. I was so sad when they closed because the threader Meenashki has done my brows ever since I was a teenager. I decided to try out this place and recently I came in and she works here now!! I have been to so many threaders and truly no one does it like her. Her threading is smooth and painless. She can completely transform your brows to suit you. I've been to so many threaders, I've even tried waxing, and no one compares. When I first got my brows threaded by her I was 14 and had naturally straight brows. All these years later I now have a beautiful arch thanks to her. Go get threaded by her, you won't regret it read more

I haven't gotten my eyebrows done by someone else in 5+ years and chose this place due to the good reviews. I told the girl I wanted to keep the bushiness and shape and just wanted a simple clean up. First of all, I called to make sure they closed at 6 like their website/yelp says and the girl working there told me 5:45, which seems to me she just wanted to leave early or make sure no one comes in right before 6. Her whole attitude was not welcoming and even though I arrived at 5:20, she made me feel like an inconvenience the whole time. Her whole attitude was just not friendly and more on the rude side. They also increased their prices lately and I just don't think the service is worth it anymore.

I saw a man, he shaped them soo good! You can tell he knows what he's doing and has been doing this for awhile. I had a lady that did my pedi, it was nice I did the second one from the top, it came with callus removal and a nice mint scrub. It wasn't busy, but I did notice the wait was a lil because there's only 2 employees. Very quit vibe can use some music.

Otay Nail & Spa has been open for 4 years the last time I was at location. It seems to be doing very well because there were a lot of people by 1:30pm. I've been going to BB Brows for almost 5 years now, and I can confidently say they are THE BEST in San Diego--hands down. I have really thick eyebrows, and not everyone knows how to shape them properly, but Bahar (the owner) absolutely gets it. She's consistent, professional, and truly an artist with brows. I've tried so many places around San Diego before finding her, and once I did, I never looked back. I've been going to BB brows for almost a year and I have got my eyebrows done at least 10 times. I can say with the utmost confidence and certainty that BB brows takes excellent care of their customers, they clean my eyebrows so well and I leave looking pretty every time. Bahar (the owner) is an absolute professional! She pays really close attention to detail leaving your eyebrows very neat. I've tried waxing and other brow places in San Diego, but they cannot compare to the experiences I have had with BB Brows. I've been searching for a great eyebrow correction place since moving to San Diego, and I finally found it! Middle Eastern women are truly the best when it comes to eyebrow threading and tinting. I'm so happy with the service here--it was professional, quick, and the results were fantastic.
