I used to be a regular for this place, but this place has really gone downhill lately. I had a bad experience today and I think it was the final straw. I sadly won't be coming back and will need to find a different eyebrow place. First of all, I called to make sure they closed at 6 like their website/yelp says and the girl working there told me 5:45, which seems to me she just wanted to leave early or make sure no one comes in right before 6. Her whole attitude was not welcoming and even though I arrived at 5:20, she made me feel like an inconvenience the whole time. Her whole attitude was just not friendly and more on the rude side. They also increased their prices lately and I just don't think the service is worth it anymore.

Not only did she already feel uncomfortable during the appointment, but things escalated when the staff accused her of recording the technician. They confronted her and made her open her phone to prove that she wasn't recording them. It was embarrassing and completely inappropriate. My daughter was already nervous, and being treated with suspicion instead of professionalism made the situation much worse. There was no apology afterward, just an awkward atmosphere that left her feeling disrespected. I understand businesses wanting to protect their staff, but the way this was handled was unprofessional and unacceptable. My daughter was laying with her eyes shut, once she opened them, 2 woman are in her face!!!! Might I add my daughter even tipped after experiencing that. I believe the tech name was NAJLA! Two other people whom I had checked in with told the women doing eyebrows that I was there for my appointment. The woman came to me and told me the women in her chair had an appointment as well and if I could wait. I said no thank and left. Needless to say, I will never return to this place. I'm not sure how you book two people for the same time slot.
