However with the great reviews I was reading on this place I wanted to check it out. Can I just say you definitely need to be patient when going to this location. The parking lot is crazy small.. I was lucky enough to wait a few minutes and get a spot! I walked in (with a thought of being turned down because they were busy *side note yes I had a back up plan) and asked for a refill. The manager just kinda looked at me and then looked through his books and I was fortunate enough, he said I could have a seat (reluctantly). The establishment is small , to me everything just seems really cramped in one. There were a lot of client service staff to accommodate every seat in that place which was really good. I had a woman (she was blonde) and didn't introduce herself. However the work she did with my nails was beautiful. she was extremely precise which I thoroughly enjoy. I chose the colour that she was wearing because I couldn't spot it out in the selection. Bio-Gel Refill - $40 cash ($45 if you use card) Mr. Manager asked me if it was my first time and i replied yes, he then informed me to next time make an appointment because they are an appointment only nail salon. Which is fine if I lived near here and this was my nail salon. However I have a nail salon but I just did not want to head up then back down for what I needed to do. She called the owner on my behalf and even reached out to her own contacts to see if someone could accommodate me. It's rare to find someone so genuinely helpful and professional, especially when they have no obligation to step in. If she puts even half that level of care into her nail services, I can only imagine how amazing she is at her job. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about their clients!

The place is clean and very quiet. Price for shellac is about the same of other locations and Gina was really nice to me, she was very gentle dealing with my super thin cuticles. The slow speed didn't stop there. The technician I had was totally incompetent (name started with an M). The application itself was just as slow - she moved at a snail's pace, and not because she was careful. She cut my 2nd toe and the toe cuticles were all cut too deep and stung once she wiped it down. (Did not even realize my toe was bleeding until we left) Polish was applied clumsily, absolutely flooded the nail beds and onto the skin. The colour was pretty at least. For a complete amateur, they should not be charging regular price. Definitely avoid the newbie if you do decide to come here. Save your dolla for someone else. I'm all for people being new and learning but this was unacceptable. The rest of the staff there seemed very kind so give them a try instead.

I needed a full set of gel nails as went too long with existing. This establishment is a hidden gem. They got me in the same day and delivered exceptional customer service and craftsmanship. Clean, friendly, welcoming, and even helped me find the business when I was called and lost. I received a full set of get nails by Sky, and she delivered exactly what I wanted. She took her time, was meticulous with her work and evem gave a little hand massage. Thank you Soho and sky for delivering aetvice that customers want and deserve. I started my nails before opening hours thanks to the gentleman who did my nails. And once my nails were done they had me sit on pedicure chair yet the tech who supposed to do my pedicure isn't even at work yet. Unfortunately, after waiting 15 mins I left without a pedicure! Been coming here for years and been serviced by Gina! She's amazing but after this incident I don't think I will be coming here anymore. They don't care about loyalty or service.

As I entered, they took my temperature, got me to fill out a form regarding my symptoms, and got me to sit in a chair sufficiently far away from the one other customers. The pedicure stations did not have plexiglass, but you are pretty far away anyway. But the manicure stations had plexi glass barriers with good coverage. All the staff wore a mask and followed basic sanitary methods. The pedicure itself was pretty basic. It felt a little bit rushed... I wish they'd soak and scrub a bit more, but hey what do I know about proper pedicure procedures!? Overall, the staff were friendly and a good pedicure all around. I'll definitely be back!
