Chicken Caesar salad wrap $24
Hieu L.

Came here and hopes to find the best chicken Caesar salad wrap. Size was pretty decent and they pack a good amount in there. I wish that there was more chicken added. The Caesar dressing had a good tang to it and was mixed into the actual salad and also on the side to pour or dip in addition. I also got a side of the waffle sweet potato fries. This is a good place if you want to catch a game or bring your dog since there's lots of outdoor patio seating areas. They even have a special canine section for your Pups. Menu is pretty straightforward and they have some beer options as well. It reminded me of more of a Pub vibe.

BBQ Chicken Salad Wrap - just ok

We stopped into Bayside Landing because we had a free appetizer coupon and hadn't been in a while, but unfortunately it seems like the place has gone downhill since our last visit. We started with the coconut shrimp, which was just okay and a bit overcooked. Nothing terrible, just not very fresh tasting. Then we ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with truffle fries ($6 up-charge). When it came out, the fries were wet and soggy, so we asked if that was how they were supposed to be. The server said yes, which was surprising, and there wasn't any follow-up or offer to fix or replace them. That kind of set the tone. We also got the BBQ chicken salad as a wrap and it was, again, just okay. Service didn't help much either. No one checked in to ask how our food was, even after we clearly questioned the fries, so it felt like there wasn't much attention or care. With how expensive eating out has gotten and how many great restaurants are nearby, it just didn't feel worth it. Overall, not a great experience and probably not somewhere we'd rush back to.

Surprisingly some good food especially having hard competition next to Rockies. We came here after a work group volunteer event and took half of the restaurant. There was 1 server. Then another came. I ordered the beer and burger special, add sweet potato fries. This burger was actually really tasty! I ate all except the top bun. Usually 1 piece of bun is good for me. The sweet potato fries were good, especially with the sweet honey dipping sauce. Someone ordered these pickle fries for the table and can I tell you these were the best fried pickles I've tasted? They thinly sliced the pickle vertical, like fries. It was really good with the aioli too. I would definitely recommend for pickle lovers. Fun place with some good eats.

My husband and I were hungry after a day in Mission Bay. We were so glad this place was so close and gave us the opportunity to let traffic die down as well. We visited on a Saturday afternoon. The bar area was crowded so we were sat at a table on the sidewalk. The fresh air was nice and we even ran into a friend as they were passing by! We ordered (2) Loco Mocos without the gravy and it was so delicious! It was served over garlic fried rice and it was such a nice touch. To add, the wait service was so friendly and efficient. We were so happy and would return again.

Plenty of seats, good sized bar, parking is street only, tons of TVs, and cold beer. I'd come back to chill with friends, have a couple beers, and watch a game... but don't think I'd come back for the food or service. Pizza was delicious. The rest of the food was good but not amazing. General Tso's Cauliflower was soggy... and the cheeseburger bun was super dry. Service was slow and barely paid attention... had empty drinks most of dinner. Had to ask different wait staff to assist with drinks and even closing out our tab. Place was just starting to pick up but still less than half full.

Bayside football Sunday is the place to be. When I lived over in this area this spot was my go to. There is a variety of seating but we decided to grab a seat at the bar to watch the games. We were there during their brunch hours so we decided to share the loco moco and the bbq chicken salad which has been one of my favorites. Even though it was busy the service was pretty quick and the bar staff were hustling to get drinks made with all of the brunch cocktails. I love this spot and will be back soon when I'm in the area.

Garlic Truffle Fries

A fun vibey spot I had never been to in Crowne point before. The truffle garlic fries were actually incredible... I wasn't expecting them to be soaked in deliciousness. Would go back just for these. Drinks were good, espresso martini was 6/10. But the fries, service, cute outdoor patio, dog-friendliness and overall experience made it a five-star time!

Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap

I'm currently on a mission to find the best Caesar Salad Wrap and Bayside Landing's is a hard one to beat! They're a PB favorite serving up some mean eats, offering tons of seating, hosting fun trivia nights, and more! They're truly a local gem. The atmosphere here is always lively, cheerfuly, and community-centric - especially on game days! It can get prettyyyy packed. Back to the food, they can make any salad a wrap! I went with the Caesar Salad Wrap with Chicken. It was also served with a side of extra dressing. No notes. Literal perfection. The portions are super generous- it was comparable to a sizable burrito. Big big fan. A pretty ideal lunch in my book! Note: Parking is super tricky with only street parking or nearby residential streets available.

Ordered a cheeseburger and it came out very dry. Server came back at the end and I told him how dry it was and he said "what do you want me to do with it?" And then just gave me a box. I had one bite and did NOT want to take it home. Probably dryest cheeseburger I ever had and rude service. Wild that I had to pay $20 for something I took 1 bite out of that was overly cooked

Potato Skins
Ciege A.

The food here fell a little short for us. The chicken sandwich was good, but the potato skins were not very good, and the Mac & Cheese wasn't the best. The service was good -- the two people serving us were friendly and attentive. They have large picnic style tables or hightop tables. A pool table and lots of TVs.

This place was super dope. Came here on a chill week day with some buds that live around the corner. Had a couple beers on draft and grabbed the California Grilled Chicken Sandwich. Everything was good and the staff were friendly and chill. Loved the pool table inside while having some good food and drinks. Thanks!

Have been coming here for their breakfast burrito for a long time. Always a good choice and their verde salsa is really good.

It was during the day so the bar wasn't too busy, we were all able to sit at the bar side by side. The bartenders were very friendly and super helpful and recommend a few items to try, we definitely wanted to try the San Diego fries which they said was a huge hit. We also had a round of drinks and a few orders of hot wings. The San Diego fries were in fact delicious. Sweet, salty spicy all the flavors combined, with crispy golden fries. The wings were equally as great, very tender, and each wing was evenly coated and sauce states. If you're looking for a midday or evening outing with Friends and just wanna relax, have some drinks and have a good time I definitely recommend coming here. Plenty of seating, very friendly staff and a clean restaurant with good vibes.

I've passed by this place so many times at night but had never actually stopped in to eat, and I was pleasantly surprised! It was definitely a vibe for a Sunday afternoon. They had a DJ playing, the atmosphere was lively and fun, and everyone was very friendly. Service was also excellent. We were seated quickly and our server was very attentive throughout our meal. We ordered a salad, flatbread, mac & cheese, and the loaded pulled pork fries. Everything was delicious and we really enjoyed the food. Overall, between the fun vibes, great service, ambiance, and delicious food, we had a really great time. I would definitely come back.

There is plenty of space, and a fairly open air location, so we didn't over heat, and had plenty of shade. Our server was super kind and gave us all the best recommendations! They even showed us where the SDCC menu corresponded to the normal menu. We ended up splitting the Big Boss burger, French fries, Mac and cheese, tots, Caesar salad, ribs with sauce on the side. It was recommended to mix the ribs with the Mac and cheese, and I have never been happier with a recommendation in my life. This is precisely why I like to ask for the servers favorites!

I loved the stained glass lights at the booths we sat at, they were super cute! We played foosball for a dollar which was fun while it lasted but it didn't give us enough balls to play an entire game. It's been pretty hot in sd and this place has a lot of large open windows that were all open, I usually love that feature but it was an abnormally humid night so we were all pretty hot and sweaty inside. Food was good with affordable prices too, we came here quite late at night, so we were limited to only their late-night menu, but everything was quite tasty, typical bar food. Our standout favorite was the maple sriracha wings for $10.61, their flavor is exactly like described and was a good balance of sweet and spicy! The Butter Burger $10.57 was good too but I think too rich and heavy for me. The prices were great tho! Parking is pretty terrible as is typical for downtown, but we walked from Punch Bowl Social and had Ubered to there at the beginning of the night. ---- Overall: a cool place to hangout, drink, and grab a bite late at night, I'm sad about not being able to play a whole game of foosball, but a generally great time

You have to be within 7 days of your requested reservation date so as soon as I was closer I set up a reservation through Open Table. I actually ended up calling the Tavern and Bowl to see if they had any earlier reservations and they told me if the person who requested an earlier time didn't pay the deposit I'd get the time slot. I am so lucky because these people didn't pay their deposit and we got the time and the lane. Cute thing, you can actually have kids come too, my niece who is 5 got to come along and they had a little device for her so she can push the ball, she ended up beating me. While my guy got a beer to enjoy during the hot, summer day, I only like sours and they, sadly, didn't have a single sour on their menu. Small menu to choose from, but prices were pretty steep. My guy and I got the Totchos (beans and sour cream on side) with chicken (they were out of pork) at a coworker's recommendation. These were actually impressively good! The tots were crispy and only slightly oily. There was a decent amount of chicken and other ingredients involved and the portion size wasn't too bad. Getting the beans on the side was the right move because the tots stayed crispy the whole time. Honestly, I would come back here for the totchos again, but would enjoy it more next time if they had a sour to pair with it.
