These guys used Credit Union and offered 6.5% and our payment is $100 less then what the other dealerships offered. I always pay attention to how the office looks. We really liked a maxima and he said that the boss Chris will be back on Monday so we waited and came back on Monday. Chris and I Settled on a Nissan Maxima for our trade in (2000 Mercury Grand Marquis) + $900. Left and came back maybe 3 hours later and Chris said no deal. Why he said? Because the buyer he had for the grand marquis no longer wanted to buy the marquis from him so he could not take the trade because he would have to sell it on the lot. This is a load of bull. You know its probably bevause we left and came back. We went in there so happy and left so mad we are never going back there again. We were just trying to be loyal to the company and they screwed us. I say yeah go in look around. A lot of there cars are wayyyyy over priced for their condition. A lot have mold on the seats and floor boards and they are still asking 4k for them. Ridiculous. But make sure you talk to Sal and nobody else. He is the best and will find you a car in your price range with the least problems! I don't know how he does it. He is the only good asset to the company. Watch out for dog poop too a couple of times we have gone and stepped in dog poop down every isle.

The delivery time was a month and a few days away, so he suggested a deposit would lock it in for us. We could then relax and just wait. (And fend off other dealers calling to ask if we'd want t look at something not red...). We took delivery of the red RAV on 6 March. José understood we had a wee bit of a time crunch and effortlessly stepped up through our cash purchase while the RAV was being readied (having just arrived the day before from the port).The point to my recommendation was Jesus was approachable, true to his word, a no pressure guy and accommodating. When we arrived at the dealership on the 6th, we found a clean welcoming and warm environment, a nice looking dealership and - and above all, we were treated with respect and not one iota of pressure from anyone. We had bought the Prime at Capitol Toyota in 2017 and the experience was totally different (mainly due having bought it in their old facility, prior to the new and larger complex be opened.
