Hubs finally found a place to shred personal documents in bulk. Whenever we have a full box, we…read morewill bring it here on the weekend and have it shredded. There are two options, you can choose to drop off your shredding and they get to whenever or you can watch your items get shredded in front of you. Hubs prefers the latter. Recently they changed their hours of operation and are no longer open on Saturdays which sucks! They are not usually open on Sundays. We found this out the hard and showed up on a Saturday. We really hope they reopen shredding on Saturdays again. 2026: 29

For ten to fifteen years I was a happy Pro-Shred customer: Suzette and her team were wonderful…read more Then Vital Records Control acquired them, and with no warning and no disclosure my monthly bill jumped to around $150, padded with line items I'd never seen, never agreed to, and never wanted. I get that transitions cause hiccups, and I tried not to overreact. But it's been four or five months of oversized bills and calls to the same reps I've always dealt with, begging them to fix this mess. After the first bad bill I was told it was handled and wouldn't happen again. It kept happening, every month, and getting it "fixed" meant hours of calling and emailing into a void of unanswered voicemails and ignored messages, week after week, month after month, for nothing. I finally got them to remove my bin since I'm trying to end the relationship entirely, but I've been fed one story after another, none of which panned out. The current one: they can't stop billing me until their "retention team" calls, which requires a letter from me stating I want to cancel, after which I'd hear from them within three weeks. That was months ago. Silence. Meanwhile the bills keep arriving at fifteen times what I agreed to, and I keep having to dispute them. It's exhausting. When retention finally calls, they're getting language raw enough to make the crew of the Abraham Lincoln blush, and the only thing they'll retain is the trauma of that phone call. I wish Yelp would permit negative 5 Star reviews. To whoever's reading this: save yourself the headache and find another provider. Even in a world where everything feels transactional, this is a genuinely appalling case, and it's a shame, because the old owners were lovely people. This is what happens when the Mom and Pops get swallowed by giants. And we all know how that ended for Goliath. Bam.
