This was a sweet way to get rid of it. My daughter first bonfire. The beginning of summer 2021.

I came here late last year November or December 2020. It was my first time. Saw a Hispanic male by himself. I confirmed the size of the tote with him if it was $5, he said yes. Half a year later, I saw the same guy there except this time there was a Caucasian male there with him(must be the boss?) I had my trunk open, the white guy walked over and was going to carry the tote out for me. I said wait, wait. Can I confirm the price first? And how can we tell if you shred all the documents? He said you can watch. I will explain later what happened before. Well the white guy said it's $15 for that size. I said I was here last time and he charged me $5. He then drop it down to $10. I still wasn't satisfied. I took off and left to the other location. The reason why I asked how can we tell if all the documents were shredded. Well a few months later my daughter became a victim of identity theft. Not sure if it's related to the business. Not blaming them. The customer get to stand there and witness the shredding. But the only concern is we don't know what's left behind up there, where he climb up the machine. A costumer cannot tell what's left behind.

About halfway through my shredding experience.

The sign does not lie: $5.00/BOX I thought for sure they were going to take one look at my modestly sized box, agree to the $5.00, but then charge me double upon picking it up - so heavy! To my surprise the guy we'll affectionately call, "Master Shredder" grabbed it, looked at me and said, "five bucks." Sold to the man in the stupid hat! I wear a stupid hat... sold to me... get it? make sense? I digress. So, what's in the box, Brad B? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0cmqwbZa6_w The answer is: three years of credit card receipts, unopened electric bills, a magazine or five, a few pads of old scratch paper, the recipe to Coca-Cola, Amazing Spiderman #1, the Gutenberg Bible, a Honus Wagner baseball card, some handwritten Beatles lyrics and a William Shakespeare autograph. In other words, lots of useless scrap paper. Bring on the shredder! I was captivated. Master Shredder climbed up to his podium, tipped the box on its side and methodically swiped armfuls of paper into the hungry mouth of the machine. With every bite it would rumble and discharge unrecognizable shredded ropes of paper out the other end into the dumpster. Five minutes later, the deed was done and all that was left was an empty cardboard box. "F#ck it, shred that too," and he did! I cannot wait for my next visit to the shredder! Best five bucks that I've spent in ages. Sorry Subway, that footlong was whack.

They are the fastest, easiest, and nicest shredding business ever! I routinely bring bags of papers from home to shred.

Hello Logan, A standard file box measures 12"x15"x10" (or anything that looks close enough... we're not super strict). A standard file box also weighs about 25 lbs, so we…

Hubs finally found a place to shred personal documents in bulk. Whenever we have a full box, we…read morewill bring it here on the weekend and have it shredded. There are two options, you can choose to drop off your shredding and they get to whenever or you can watch your items get shredded in front of you. Hubs prefers the latter. Recently they changed their hours of operation and are no longer open on Saturdays which sucks! They are not usually open on Sundays. We found this out the hard and showed up on a Saturday. We really hope they reopen shredding on Saturdays again. 2026: 29

For ten to fifteen years I was a happy Pro-Shred customer: Suzette and her team were wonderful…read more Then Vital Records Control acquired them, and with no warning and no disclosure my monthly bill jumped to around $150, padded with line items I'd never seen, never agreed to, and never wanted. I get that transitions cause hiccups, and I tried not to overreact. But it's been four or five months of oversized bills and calls to the same reps I've always dealt with, begging them to fix this mess. After the first bad bill I was told it was handled and wouldn't happen again. It kept happening, every month, and getting it "fixed" meant hours of calling and emailing into a void of unanswered voicemails and ignored messages, week after week, month after month, for nothing. I finally got them to remove my bin since I'm trying to end the relationship entirely, but I've been fed one story after another, none of which panned out. The current one: they can't stop billing me until their "retention team" calls, which requires a letter from me stating I want to cancel, after which I'd hear from them within three weeks. That was months ago. Silence. Meanwhile the bills keep arriving at fifteen times what I agreed to, and I keep having to dispute them. It's exhausting. When retention finally calls, they're getting language raw enough to make the crew of the Abraham Lincoln blush, and the only thing they'll retain is the trauma of that phone call. I wish Yelp would permit negative 5 Star reviews. To whoever's reading this: save yourself the headache and find another provider. Even in a world where everything feels transactional, this is a genuinely appalling case, and it's a shame, because the old owners were lovely people. This is what happens when the Mom and Pops get swallowed by giants. And we all know how that ended for Goliath. Bam.
