They were very receptive to feedback and always asked for instructions where I wanted registers or ducts pulled. I like to be hands-on so this worked well for me. From the time I agreed on a price until the system was up and running took four days, including one day of plumbing. Lalo came by the next day to make sure it was all running well. My only negative was that their work felt a bit rushed towards the end as they had to move on to another project. It's been a very cold winter in San Francisco so demand is high. There were a couple minor nits I pointed out to Lalo and he sent a guy to fix it, which was great.

Also, he left a large area of weeds and grass on the side of the house completely untouched. Said he would be back in a couple of weeks and will do everything next time. Came back from a three week vacation and the grass is really long. Called Chris and he told me that he would be by the next day. He never came. Sent him a text and he said he would take care of it on the weekend. Never came. Another text. I'll be there tomorrow. Never came. Texted him. Said something about family issues and he would be there tomorrow. Never came. Another text. Said he would be there when it cools down after six. At eight I asked if he was still coming. Never heard back. Today I'm looking at Yelp reviews for a new person. Saw a number that looked familiar and it is Chris. Run people of Yelp! Anyone have recommendations of a competent lawn service?? Edit : Chris, I only added the pics after reading your comment about how it was difficult to get ahold of me, when that was clearly not the case. You asked why did I wanted to hire you again after the first terrible job. Well, I believe everyone deserves a second chance and I gave you multiple chances to redeem yourself. Too bad you couldn't find the time to come by and do the job you "promised" to do. Lastly, my experience doesn't sound unique. Maybe you should read a couple of your other reviews. This seems like a common problem for you. People come to Yelp to see patterns of costumer service so they know what to expect. So, thank you for your comments. I'm sure nobody will have any doubt what to expect from you after reading your comments. Edit 2 : If anyone actually reads all of this, Chris deleted his last two comments. Now I am being accused of modifying the texts! All of this after he deleted his previous posts... So, I am adding another photo showing the Yelp emails proving how many times he has changed his reviews. Chris, if I modified the texts them please provide a pic of the original texts. Yeah, that will be impossible to do! Do you have any integrity at all? Too bad all of this will probably never be read and you will continue to scam people out of their money. $40 is not the issue, it's the principle of the matter. For your own sake, I seriously hope that you try to work on your professionalism. You are a grown man, time to start acting like one....

BE AWARE!!!! HAPPENED WITH ME! I asked for recommendations to install a sprinkler in my backyard in…read morea group on Facebook and a guy name Christopher Almendarez called me by message. I called him to come here to check it out the best way to do that and to check what he needs and how much will cost. He came and gave me the instructions about what he thinks was the best way to do that and he said my hose needs to be fixed and he gave me the price for all the service. Before i say to him I want to do the service I asked him if everything will be hidden because of my dog and because I don't want anything exposed and ugly. He said yes and said only the feeder tube will be exposed but everything else hidden. We did an appointment. He came and my son paid him because I was at work. First of all he did not gave us any receipt for the payment!!! Even after I asked him to do that because I need to show the landlord. And worse of that, when I came home and checked his service I saw that he did not fix the hose and everything is leaking now. (I asked him to come back to fix it and he said that is not his business. How?? How he will install a sprinkler without leave that working?!) And more of all this, he left everything ridiculously ugly and exposed and I think he did not put the right thing because the water is coming crazy! I tried to contact him and he said it's not his business and his service was done. Like I said, how someone come, check, say what he needs to INSTALL A SPRINKLER SYSTEM and after that say that if it's leaking is not his business????? Then, he said he will come to do "by his heart" but gave me a lot excuses and never came. Now, he blocked me and I cannot contact him anymore! I'm pregnant and very mad right now. It's just to aware everyone about this company and this guy because nobody deserves that! I have everything saved on my Facebook messenger!!! And have photos and etc. THE NAME OF HIS BUSINEES IS "lawns hedges and weeds". But he gave a quote with another name, address and etc. JUST SAW ON HIS FULL PROFILE. AND IT'S ANOTHER THING THAT DISAPPOINTED ME. Why he putted different name and address on my quote? That's scary!

My husband and I retained this company by recommendation from our RE agent to perform a chimney…read moreinspection for a house we were purchasing. We expected an honest assessment in order to provide us with needed repairs but you will NOT get this from this company. The inspector came out and was friendly. He cleaned the chimney and did a gas leak test. His inspection was basic and the total amount of time he spent was maybe 30 minutes. He wouldn't test the gas burner to see if it was operable, just said he cleaned the pipes holes. Once the inspection was complete he informed us that the firewall, the clay wall inside the chimney, was badly burned through. He DID NOT recommend replacement but only to monitor the firewall. The owner of the company stated it was not fair to recommend costly repairs to a seller. I was taken back by this as I was the one who was paying for this inspection and they were obligated to us to recommend whatever repairs were needed. They chose not to correct their report and wrote that the firewall was deteriorated and did not need replacement or repairs. I did some research on my own after the appointment and checked with the National Chimney Institute along with other professional chimney inspector. It is strongly recommended that a compromised and burnt firewall must NOT be used and needs replacement immediately. Using the fireplace in this condition is a extreme fire hazard and can heat the metal box behind the fireplace and catch the wood structure on fire! I was shocked that this company unethically did not recommend repairs and could have left us in an extreme fire hazard if I had not checked it out for myself. There is another chimney company in Dixon that I recommend over this one.

Terrible Customer Service…read more I called in this morning @ 10:10AM. I told the lady that answered the phone that our fireplace insert was not working; not blowing any air. Asked how much it would cost to have someone come to the house and see what was wrong. I was told I need to speak with Dan that he would be in @ 11:30AM and she would have him give me a call. I waited for his call since I hadn't heard from him I called @ 12:30PM and asked to speak with him I was told she didn't even give him my message yet that he was just to busy and it would be late this afternoon before he might have time to give me a call back. Really? I think not! I told her I would call some one else. Why didn't you tell me that @ 10:10AM? So I didn't wait for Dan's call? The only reason I called you first, was because we purchased our fireplace insert from you. I will be happy to take our business else where since you are to busy.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Diego Nuńez a couple of weeks ago when he contacted me after I…read moremade an inquiry about enhancing my existing solar roof panel system. I could use more power but since my original installer went bankrupt, I have been unable to find a company to work on adding panels economically. Each company contacted wants to sell me a new system, which is not what I want, need, or afford. We went back and forth on this a couple of times in two or three separate calls and came to the mutual decision that the cost was not worth the additional "juice" I would get. Unfortunately, much of this is a result of both inflation (rising cost of materials due to tariffs) and the withdrawal of rebates and other benefits to installing solar. I still firmly believe installing solar is the correct thing to do for our environment and our world. I truly appreciated Diego's honesty in being upfront about the cost. For this reason, although it did not work out for us, I highly recommend working with this company if you want to install solar panels.
