Once they finished the first half of my house upstairs, the gentleman asked me to take a look, and if there was anything that they missed or I wasn't satisfied with, they would fix, but by the time they finished the second half of my house I was in a hurry for an appointment so I didn't get the chance to double check the rest of their job. The next day, when the sun was shining through, I noticed some marks that were missed and some water spots from areas that maybe dried before they were able to squeegee it. I contacted the company and he sent them out right away on the next business day to take care of it. I highly recommend this company! Thank you for the great service! Will definitely use again in the future!

They filled my green waste receptacle and additional 1-1/2 bags for me. I will continue to use this service in the future.

I was quoted what I think was a very fair price especially for the height and size of home. The workers showed up 10 min early and quickly got to work and spent around 3 hours methodically clearing and cleaning the gutters and sealing up edges as we agreed upon. In fact, while on the roof, they noticed two cracked tiles and showed me photos. They'll be coming back to fix those next week at a reasonable price. They even gave a warranty on the work - though now I need it to rain to test out the clean gutters and sealing. I have no doubts though on their work. A couple of years ago I noticed the amount of energy we were supposed to be getting with our solar panels had severely decreased as our SMUD bill increased. Someone recommended getting the panels cleaned. I saw a sign for Sierra Maintenance leaving our neighborhood and decided to give them a call. After they cleaned the panels, I noticed a lower SMUD bill the next month and in the subsequent months and even to this day. They also send before and after pictures which show just how filthy the panels can get. They also cleaned our gutters this time which I didn't realize had a ton of gunk in them. Our home is two-story ~ 4k sq foot. We have about 12 panels and it was ~$200 to clean them plus another $360 to clean the gutters. Excellent company, which I will refer to others as well as use again next year.
