One of the items I was buying was a set of kitchen napkins. There were only 4 napkins, even though these sets normally come with 8. There was no price tag on them, so I politely asked the cashier, Linda, if she could compare them to similar items sold in the store. Linda told me the price would be $15. I asked why, since most similar napkin sets there are usually priced around $12-15 for a full set. She replied that this brand costs twice as much. I then asked what brand it was, and she could not answer me. Instead, she simply said, "Are you taking them or not?" After that, a manager came over and adjusted the price to $7.50. I still bought them, although I was disappointed they were incomplete and only had 4 napkins instead of 8. When I got home, I realized these were clearly returned items. The tags and brand labels had been cut off, which means they had likely already been used, washed, and returned by someone else. So Linda completely misled me about there being some "expensive brand," when in reality there was no visible brand at all. The entire interaction left a very bad feeling. Every time I use the things I bought that day, I will remember this unpleasant shopping experience. I honestly do not think I will return to this HomeGoods again because I do not want to deal with this kind of treatment or dishonesty from an employee. I understand mistakes happen, but being dismissive and misleading toward customers is extremely unprofessional and unfair. I left the store genuinely upset.

    My family and I had a very good experience here at the Home Depot on the Antioch/ Brentwood border…read moretoday. The Customer Service was stellar! Ruby, Eric and Ali were rock stars. They were attentive, present asked if we needed help, walked us to the aisle of the item we were searching for, and knew exactly where everything was. At the checkout Ali noticed that the wooden beams we had chosen were extremely expensive. He checked in with us to make sure they were the ones we wanted. In doing so, we had discovered we chose the wrong beams and had no idea we would've paid so much money! We probably would've figured it out eventually but Ali saved us so much time and money! He actually cared and provided that human touch. He didn't have to do that. Also, when we were walking in, my mom uses the motorized scooter and there was a man coming out that greeted her so cheerfully and made her laugh. There was also another gentleman inside the store that when my mom's motorized scooter got caught on one of the corners when she was making a turn, he stopped to assess the situation and helped us get her scooter free. Again he didn't have to do that. It's nice to know that people still look out for you and smile in your community. Don't count this Home Depot out -- the current staff and clientele still have some good apples! Thanks Home Depot!

She went above and beyond with customer service. She asked how my day was and gave us a water bottle and a cute little bag with candy canes and an air freshener shaped like a tool. I thought that was such a rare gesture of kindness. Then, tonight my mom went on a run to Home Depot for me. It was about 5 minutes until closing when she arrived. We had to have something cut and their saw was down so Jeremiah kindly hand sawed it for us. It took time of course so by the time he was done the registers were already closed. Manager Evan so kindly opened up the registers for my mom so she could check out. The value of customer satisfaction with product and service is something you don't always come by. I'm grateful to have this encounter and would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you Brentwood Home Depot team!

They are always (management/supervisors) standing around in the front of the store, talking amongst each other and cursing loudly. They have no respect for this business, themselves, or the customers! This store is a disgrace due to the behavior of the management. There's one lady in particuliar as I was able to get her name Katey, who is a manager of the store she is the ring leader of all the bad behavior that goes on. I've observed her talk down to other employee's who are just merely trying to do their job!! The line was extremely long and she did not lift a finger to help the poor single cashier. All she did was stand around and talk not caring at all about the customers or her staff. She is a disgrace and should not have the privilege to be in a supervisory role! She is a lawsuit waiting to happen! If you care anything about this business you need to do a full investigation and bring in a new management team who cares about your store more than caring about being rude to the customers and being unsupportive of staff. It was already delivered and set up his old bed already taken the guys had done an amazing job getting it in there helping my brother with once they had gotten bed out, helping him with moving things and everything that he could not get to and that's why we were going to be there to do all that for him. They even helped him with vacuum vacuuming. They just were very kind to my brother who has a disability and took a long time to get to the Door. He was very, very happy with them and grateful. Joshua helped us we were in and out of there within 20 minutes, my brother loves his bed. His old one was over 20 years old and last night. He finally had a good nights sleep. thank you everybody for helping. we've very appreciative. We can always count on great value and service.

When I arrived home from work looking over the mattress, it is clearly used as a huge stain on the top. Looked underneath and 2 rips. I have reached out to the delivery guy and the salesman with little explanation on nexts steps. MAKE IT RIGHT MANCINI I'm being patient as of now!!! UPDATE------ Management reached out to me and have set up a new mattress delivery tomorrow. LATEST UPDATE---- Although Mancini did follow thru with another mattress delivery, the second mattress is also in fact damaged and/or used as well. I could not make this up. I documented this issue with the delivery team, signed the paper stating the issues and also took more pics for my own reference. Not sure what's going on with this but 2 mattresses in a row IS an issue.
