We had a great experience with Bay Area Wall Mounts, and I especially want to recognize our technician, Ismat, who was courteous, professional, punctual, and clearly experienced with this type of installation. Before choosing a company, I compared several TV mounting businesses on both Yelp and Google. I ultimately decided on Bay Area Wall Mounts because of their established reviews and the photos of their previous work, and I'm glad I did. Ismat installed our 65" LG C6 TV along with an LG S95TR soundbar above our fireplace and mantel. I was initially unsure whether the fireplace and mantel would make the installation more difficult, but he handled it without any issues and made sure everything was centered, level, and positioned properly. One of the biggest things I wanted was a clean installation with no visible cords. They were able to create a power bridge system that concealed the wiring and routed everything to a nearby outlet. They also left us with additional connectivity so we can add two more HDMI devices in the future. The finished setup looks very clean and professional. The price was fair, although perhaps a little on the higher side compared with some options I looked at. That said, I would rather pay for quality workmanship and have the job done correctly than simply choose the cheapest option, especially when mounting an expensive TV above a fireplace. Overall, I'm very happy with the finished result and the quality of the installation. I wouldn't hesitate to use Bay Area Wall Mounts again for any future TV mounting needs, and I would definitely recommend Ismat and the team. read more

I was misquoted $300 for removing my TV above the fireplace, transport to new home, & reinstall on a wall there. Everything went wrong when Ismat showed up. He was complaining that my $300 mount was more expensive to remove & install. Then, he couldn't transport it in his van full if stuff. So, my roomate & I had to bring it down on my flat handtruck and put it into my suv. We brought it to the new place and he helped to hold the TV as we wheeled it in. Then he said he couldn't install it on my wall and we had to spend an extra $50 to buy this cheap mount that doesn't move side to side..etc. Then he offered to take my expensive mount & I said No. I only paid him $350 so he would leave. It was terrible. I'm having another company come in to install MY original mantel mount for $150. read more

On time, quick installation, and helped to recommend a wall mount option for me. I originally wanted to use the flush mount bracket that came with the 77" LG G3, but since the studs were too far apart we had to go with an alternative. Thankfully he came prepared and finished the install without further issues! read more

5 stars! No wonder why they are the best in the Bay Area. Ismat was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We enjoyed conversing with him while he performed the job and gave us multiple options. The price was more than reasonable as well considering he mounted a huge TV while hiding the wires for us behind the wall. It was a clean job. We will request him again for sure especially when our floating cabinet arrives. read more

I had a great experience with Bay Area Wall Mount! I worked with Ismat, and he did an absolutely incredible job. What really stood out was his attention to detail. He didn't just slap the TV on the wall; he took the time to make sure every measurement was perfect and that the fit was fully customized for my space. Ismat was extremely professional and made sure I was 100% comfortable with the placement and the process. It's rare to find someone who ensures everything is secure and looks exactly right while keeping you in the loop the entire time. I had concerns about the drill placements as it was close to the pipes but he ensured that it was fine. If you need a TV mounted in the Bay Area, ask for Ismat. Amazing work! Thank you! read more

Update: Katie reached out to us and remedied the situation. Thank you to the team for quickly resolving the issue and Ismat was super apologetic. I'm super appreciative for them fixing the issue and having great customer service like we experienced the first time. Thanks for being super fast and reliable. Ismat even offered us a 10% off discount for next time. We used you guys before and had a great experience. This second time was awful, I do not recommend them. We paid $300 and the technician Esmat left an open cord showing even after we paid for cable management. He also tried to tell us it was an extra $50 then what we were quoted. When I called him to come back to cover the open cord that was showing, he said I don't have a piece for that and for us to just go to Home Depot and buy a piece ourselves to cover it. ??? We paid you guys $300 to do it and we have to fix it ourselves? I called back to the main number to complain and ask to remedy the situation even if they had to come back out another day. The person on the phone said they would let management know and get back to me. Never heard anything. I followed up again, and never heard back. Super frustrating, disappointing and all around bad service. We've used you guys before and won't ever again now. read more

Bay Area Wall Mounts - After the TV got mounted. - Home Theatre Installation Near Me

I recently had my TV wall mounted with all the wires completely hidden, and the results were flawless. The installer was extremely professional, on time, and clearly experienced with Bay Area homes, including drywall, plaster, and older construction styles. From start to finish, everything was handled with care and precision. The biggest thing for me was having zero visible wires, and they absolutely delivered. All HDMI cables, power cords, and connections were routed cleanly inside the wall, leaving a sleek, modern look. No dangling cables, no messy raceways--just a perfectly mounted TV that looks like it was built into the wall. They helped me choose the ideal height and positioning based on my room layout and seating distance, which made a huge difference in comfort and viewing quality. The mount feels extremely secure, and they tested everything before leaving to make sure the TV was level, stable, and fully functional. What really stood out was their attention to detail and respect for the home. Floors and furniture were protected, the workspace was kept clean, and they explained everything clearly along the way. They also made sure all devices were reconnected properly and working before wrapping up. If you're in the Bay Area and want a clean, professional TV wall mount with hidden wires, this is exactly the kind of service you want. It instantly upgraded the look of my living room and made the space feel more modern and organized. Highly recommended for anyone who wants it done right the first time. read more
