I was in the market for a new vehicle and everyone who knows me, knows I hate to shop for cars…read more It's mainly due to the long waiting and the lies told by car dealers. I had just driven from work from South Houston, to LaMarque to pick my father up and headed to the Ford Moter dealership in Rosenberg to look at a car I wanted. Apparently they are the king of liars and I ended up waisting time, energy and GAS! I didn't even end up getting out of my car after I found out I was lied to. As we drove off my father remembered the gentleman who sold him his car a few years back and said that Mr. Fiaz was honest and a hard working dealer at Baytown Hyundai. So he called him over the phone and he quickly called back stating he could help. When I got there he set me up with Kimberly Woodburn who was very nice and professional. She explained and answered all of our questions. Mr. Fiaz got me in the exact car I wanted (2020 Hyundai Sonata SEL) and I walked out of there happy. They even stayed late to help a since I ended up getting there at 8p and they closed at 9p. Total experience was the best I've ever had. Baytown Hyundai will definitely get my business again and great references from me!

The first time they told us it was a battery issue so they changed the battery and that was it. I told them that it was more than the battery because something was draining the battery. Once they gave us the car back, 2 weeks later the same issue happened again but this time the authentication system popped up on the screen and it wouldn't do anything at all. We had to get a tow truck to bring it to the dealership. I tried asking hunter and Josh what was wrong the vehicle, they kept giving me the runaround about what was going on and plus they wouldn't give us a loaner as well. Once a month passed, they called me and said that the vehicle was fixed and ready to be picked up. Whenever I arrived and spoke to hunter on how did they solve the issue. He couldn't give me a legit answer. Whenever I got in the vehicle I saw the same authentication system light on the screen that I did a month ago. Keep in mind, they told me they fix all the issues that was going wrong with the vehicle. I told them that I am not taking this car back until it's fixed properly. After that there was no communication what was going on with my wife car at all. Another month passed and we got a call yesterday saying the car was ready. Once my wife arrived to pick her car up, her seat was dirty with black oil on her cream leather seats. The service worker Josh try to wipe it up but it didn't help at all. They didn't put any plastic cover over her seats at all. I tried to clean it up as well but it didn't work at all. Whenever I went up there to ask what happed to the seats. Josh told me that they could clean the seats and it was already like that. The car is garage kept and low on mileage so I knew he was trying to lie about the situation plus he knew it was dirty because he tried hurry up and wipe the black oil of the seats. He also tried to act like he didn't know what I was talking about as well which kind of piss me off. Once I left and gave the service manager Hunter a call, I told him the whole situation and all he did was gave me his service director name and location that was it. I guess he thought I wasn't going to call him, but once I found his information for myself at the Spring Hyundai Dealership, I called him and he took good care of me and my wife. I will never get my vehicle serviced at this dealership ever again. Poor communication around the whole board.

We checked the website as we always do that it was active and it was. When we went in, Aaron S. helped us. We told him what we wanted, he said sure and tried to upsell us on some other things (this doesn't bother me, I get this is job) and we left. When we came to pick the truck up, THAT is when he notified us that the oil prices has changed and they no longer offered a Works package even though it was listed on their website. Our $49 oil changed went to $106. We also paid more the extra quart of oil. Which I get and is totally fine. A basic oil change and the multi point inspection was literally him pointing a video at my truck and said "It looks good" What a joke. I have told everyone about them for oil changes for years because how could you pass up a $49.99 oil change? I get prices have likely went up. I would've paid more. Maybe not $106 worth. But it was the shady practice that Aaron did. He didn't apologize and say "Oh, hey, sorry, I didn't know." He figured we knew. He then said "Yeah I guess we should update the website but we won't honor it." Only giving two stars because the oil change was fast and so far our vehicle is still running.

I had my car in the service area 5/2/2015 for several problems with one being a continues low tire. I was assured by Sammie that nothing was wrong with the tires. Well one week later I have a flat tire with NO SPARE. Nothing was in the tire because I had them looked at. You would have thought that they would have told me I would not have a spare. NO they did not. So I had to buy (2) tires for the front just 4 mths after buying the car. I did call to voice my complaint but was hung up on the first time by Evonne and I did call back, I was not loud or rude but ask for the sales manager. She did transfer me to Willie, who had me on his "box" I ask him to take me off the box and explained to him my thought when I learned I had no spare tire. He said well cars don't come with spares any more and that was it. Also, when they detailed my car they wet the seats ?? Why I don't know and it left circles in the seat when they dried well nothing can be done about that. Also, no one knows how pen marks got on my overhead?? I am so disappointed, there are no courtesy vehicles at Community KIA so basically there is no customer service. The salesman Max has really let me down and has been MIA every time I have been in there. If I had it to do over I would not have bought there.

It's unprofessional. I'm extremely pissed off from your services, trying to rob me out of my money only for your gain. I definitely won't be returning for any services in the near future. Horrible and such a shame that people have to do this to their own customers. Im telling you my experience, but go at your own risk

My husband drove a hard bargain but they met his offer and gave him what he wanted for his 2016vram trade in. They have a lot of vehicles to choose from. I took the bright white dually in for a spray in bedliner and did not know an after market company was going to pop up a tent and do it. Wheni pucked it up it was COVERED in bedliner over spray. Bayshore service dept managers, sales managers and Dustin promised to remove it all and make it right if it wouldnt come off. Im pleased to say the wonderful detail shop crew was able to remove it all and make her shine bright white again. Great group of folks. I can say when talking on the phone with them , take a name and position of whom your speaking too so yoy know who to ask for. They moved there service dept around so its kinda confusing at first as where to go.we visited 30+ dodge ram dealers and these people were the first to really be willing to make an honest deal. Ask for DUSTIN PEREZ in sales ! Hes a good guy!

We found a few issues, mostly cosmetic, made an offer substantially below their asking prices, they came back with a counter offer that was only a couple hundred above our offer. We requested that they remove the clear plastic bra off of the hood, they agreed. It was probably more of a job than they originally thought, two of their car preppers and finally our salesman, Terry Sam, went back and helped them finish taking this off, it was very difficult but very much appreciated. We originally had our own financing lined up prior to arriving, they asked if they could give us a counter offer. They matched our financing, the gentleman that handled our paperwork was very professional and it was the smoothest financing we have ever done. I can't speak to their service, as we live in Pearland and will not be taking the van there for any repairs. I will be shopping for another used car soon and will be checking out there offerings at that time.

The agent asked me if I will wait I told him no , I need a ride back, he completely ignored my request. When they boast they give rides back , they drop off and pick up. I had to walk half a mile to catch a bus back home. The had to run after me to get my Cars. People need to stay away from community Toyota. They are horrible.
