Having a cleaning service has always been a dream of mine, but I've always thought it would be…read moreoutrageously expensive or unreliable. And while I'm able to keep up with some of the daily cleaning (decluttering, dishes, and quick vacuum here and there), my partner and I both often work more than 40 hours a week, which just doesn't leave a ton of time to do any of the deep cleaning. The last thing I want do do while I'm already experience the dreaded Sunday blues of meal prepping and laundry is clean the shower and the baseboards. I called a few other cleaning services and it was exactly as I thought. It ranged from professional, but texting me every 3 hours to see if I've made up my mind and quoting me a price based of my own assessment of how clean/dirty I think my house is, to someone who's prices were extremely cheap and appeared eager to come clean my house, but then ghosting me. I read the reviews of Elevate (see, reviews do work!) and decided to give this company a shot. Immediately, I liked how they offered to come by the house to assess. That might not be everyone's cup of tea since it takes longer for a price quote, but I didn't want there to be any confusion on anyone's part of what was expected. Again, this was my first time using a cleaning service and I also wanted to know exactly what I would be getting. I decided after speaking with Mara, to go with a monthly deep cleaning service. A price was given and a time slot was chosen. When I tell you I was excited for my first cleaning experience, I am not lying. But I still had my doubts on the day of. My partner told me they were done in under 3 hours and then quickly left. With two cleaners in a 4 bed/2 bath house, I figured it would take at least 5 hours for a first time deep cleaning session. I came home, half expecting that I got duped and the cleaning wouldn't be up to my standards. I am so glad that I was wrong. It's been 4 days since the cleaning and I'm still in awe at different spots that are now cleaned. They did a fantastic job! Baseboards, showers, mirrors, wiped (like seriously wiped) the bookshelves and the DVD area. They even cleaned our coffee pot! Like what? Anyway, I could go on, but just know that I'm in love with this company and they will continue to have our business. I hope that this level of deep cleaning is consistent and I suspect that it will be. Can't wait to write an updated review in a few months! Can't recommend Elevate enough!

05/06/2026 - We were customers of this cleaning service for several years, and while the actual…read morecleaning quality was generally good, the professionalism and communication steadily declined over time. We dealt with repeated late arrivals, last-minute scheduling changes, and multiple ignored requests regarding our dogs being locked outside in the Texas heat despite specifically asking that this not happen. On one occasion, an unfamiliar cleaner was sent who did poor-quality work. We tried to be patient and understanding because we know life and schedules can be hectic. Recently, we postponed a cleaning due to expected rain and muddy conditions, gave advance notice, and still fully accepted the accumulation charge without complaint. However, shortly afterward, our own cleaning was rescheduled last minute on their end. When I politely requested to speak directly with the owner about the ongoing issues after years of being loyal customers, I was repeatedly redirected through assistants instead of being treated with the professionalism and respect you would expect from a business relationship of several years. The final response we received focused more on defending staff and confirming payment expectations than addressing the actual concerns being raised. At that point, it became clear that accountability and customer communication were no longer priorities. Unfortunately, we can no longer recommend this company based on the overall customer service experience.

Within the same week I've received emails regarding my dog bark.. I have a well trained ESA dog that stays by my side due extreme anxiety.. he trained not to bark unless I'm in danger it's (which is clearly state in my letter) Instead of looking in to that situation Management felt the need to go back and forth me in an unprofessional way even laughing at something that should be taken serious saying that I need to control my dog barking.. Same Day I come home and there is a dog that is currently barking I let them know that there a dog currently barking if they wanted to fix the problem this is the perfect time to come and take a look.. instead Vanessa tells me a story that her team has been up there twice and there no barking taking place. which was a little hard to believe simple because what I was being accused was still taking place so I then decided to purchase indoor and out camera... I say this to say if you have an ESA or any pets this is not the place for you and your fur baby.. there rats everywhere around the property it's not worth the price that I pay.. I hate it here.. can't wait to leave

I do not recommend any complex managed by S2 Capital. I especially DO NOT recommend if you are…read morehandicapped, elderly, or have mobility issues. Read S2 reviews on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website (57 complaints). Short version: They raise rent astronomically (+15%); increase fees and pass on all costs to the tenants (+220%); major repairs are not made in a timely manner (if at all); trash and feces everywhere; off leash dogs (one dog bite while I was there); stopped watering & let everything die; are not ADA compliant. S2 forces you to sign up for Fetch Delivery, a fraudulent third-party delivery company. (Read their 191 complaints on BBB.) They will also try to coerce you into signing up for Flex, a fraudulent rent payment company. (Read their 262 complaints on BBB.) Whatever you do, DO NOT live in a building with an elevator. It will ALWAYS break down. They don't tell new tenants the elevator is broken until they show up with the U-Haul. The elevator was out for six weeks, and they refused to provide any rent concession or physical assistance to the elderly and handicapped who had difficulties getting groceries upstairs. In my 20 years of apt living, I have never seen a complex more mismanaged since S2 took over. They are buying up properties all over DFW. RUN! The first thing S2 does is to raise rent rates astronomically. My renewal letter included an almost 15% increase in base rent alone ($1596 to $1832). Fees: pet rent + $10 ($15 to $25); Garage +$25 ($125 to $150); Pest +$3 ($3 to $5); Trash +$5 ($20 to $25); Parcel +$16 ($3 to $19). New fees include: Trash & Recycling $16 (Yes, there are TWO trash fees. Once for valet and the other is for the dumpster) and Building & Maintenance fee $18. (This is the insurance on the building itself and does not include your personal things.) Required fees increased from $26 to $84, a whopping 220% increase. Water ranges from $30-$40. These prices were as of May 2022, so I'm sure they have increased by the date of this posting. I lived in a 2B2B which renting for $2140 as of this posting, another whopping 16% increase in rent. Noise: This was the loudest complex I've ever lived in. You will hear EVERYTHING. Street racing, loud music, fighting, loud motorcycles, cars, etc. There will be no peace and quiet. Activity is constant. Grounds: S2 stopped watering so everything has died. They don't repair leaks. Garbage is everywhere. Dumpsters are broken. As a result, a sea of garbage piled up on a regular basis (see photos) which led to a major roach infestation (see photos). Tenants allow their dogs to poop in hallways and on sidewalks (see photos). Dog poop stations are often out of bags and overflowing. They occasionally have people pick up garbage. The dog park has no grass and is covered in poop. Safety: Very bad. Drivers do not stop at the stop signs in the parking lot and will try to run over you if you are crossing the street. People smoke weed openly on their balconies. There are always dogs running off leash. There was one dog bite and several dog fights while I was there. Animal control and the police can't do anything unless they see it in person. Maintenance: Minor things are fixed quickly and efficiently. If major repair, then expect to file multiple work orders and never fixed. The elevators don't work. In 2 years, the elevator broke around 15 times. The last time the elevator broke down, they ordered parts and still didn't fix it. The elevator repair man and the manager admitted they knew the first part they ordered probably wouldn't fix it. Tenants are paying for the elevator, and they sell those upper apartments with the elevator. To make matter worse, there are several tenants in the building who are either handicapped, elderly, or have mobility issues. When the elevator was out for so long, I asked if management would either give a rent concession or provide physical assistance to the handicap and elderly. They responded with a curt no, we don't do that for a broken elevator. It's not their problem and they don't care. Staff: I had little interaction with S2 management until I moved out. The best thing you can do is to photograph and document EVERYTHING. Keep all your check in paperwork and have it with you during checkout. First time ever with a moving company. They were extremely professional and when done I felt I had experienced the most stress free move of my life all due to Lorenzo and his crew. I really can't express how impressed I was with the experience and would highly recommend using them for their next move. If I could give them a 100 out of 10 I would.
