I've tried everything to get this company to do simply what they said they would do and honor the guarantee to replace speakers that aren't working. I didn't even know they had a warranty until they told me. Since then I haven't been able to get them to answer their phone or respond to text. We had a scheduling discrepancy and then I never heard from them. Ironically when I called from my mother's phone they picked up but did they would call me back to schedule. Just a bad way to handle business. Super disappointed.
