They sought clarification at a few points, and it was clear that they liked and respected each other. It wouldn't surprise me if they had worked for years together. They worked like a well-oiled machine, meticulously and carefully. They completed the work an hour and 15 minutes ahead of the projected time, all the while treating items with respect. We had packed many boxes and moved them ourselves, but there were many Home Depot moving boxes left over. They used those boxes, thus saving us the cost of paying for their boxes. I really appreciated this. Also,they are going to move the boxes that we ourselves packed, which saves us money. I was very appreciative of the amiability of the moving crew, of their care and precision in packing, of the fact that they were considerate of our desire to save money everywhere we could, and of how pleasant they were. My specific Public Storage unit (747 Grapevine Hwy) has had things stolen. The setup started when…read morethe Property Manager said I could get a lower monthly price for the same size unit (10x10) right next door (to save $90, per month). The theft was reported to the Hurst Police Department and a "case number" was assigned. My Master Lock was picked and several items were removed to a value that exceeded $10k. I have relocated my belongings to another storage facility which has a sensor inside the unit that notifies me when the unit has been opened. Before you go and open an account you might want to ask the question: "How many reported thefts have you had?"
