Wrote a review on google 6 months ago, it mysteriously disappeared.. before that noticed another…read morecommenter write a negative review, theirs also "disappeared". Which makes me think this establishment can manipulate metrics to only show the positive reviews which is unscrupulous. Honestly, am amazed at all of their glowing reviews which places me as the exception.. Pls see pics of their work & zoom in. Back in 11/2024 my vehicle was parked in the parking lot by valet to which the very same valet driver while moving another customer's vehicle, hit mine in the process.. Due to the "raving reviews" I opted to take my vehicle here for body work.. Big mistake. Can't discredit their courtesy at first glance nor their congeniality.. However, when it came to picking up my vehicle & scanning it thoroughly this is where I uncovered deceit. First off, was never provided any updates or feedback leading up to me picking up my vehicle. Radio silence. I was the one reaching out inquiring about the status. If you as the reps of this establishment respond back to my post & lie & say you kept me posted throughout the duration, that's a lie. I had to establish the contact. Upon picking up my vehicle in 1/2025, forgot the guy's name, however he's the older gentlemen, he informed me my vehicle is outside & hands me over my keys. Thought that was mad odd so I said "hey, can you come out with me so we can view the work repaired together". He obliged. Note, weather was dreary & wet the day of pick up. As I'm looking around to observe if there are any discrepancies, saw them & pointed them out to the gentleman. One of which was a black scrape mark embedded in the bumper area. So, I asked if this is a "new" bumper why is there a noticeable mark? He gave me a lame response, "well , it must of got there when the tech was placing the bumper on, he may have scratched it" ok, fine.. As a result, he did return my vehicle back to the tech to "touch up" that blemish. After the touch up, it was still noticeable plus a part of the bumper was not completely pushed in so they tried to manage but failed to push it in completely. Once I arrived home, the sun was now beaming to which allowed me to perform another scan of my vehicle. It was there I discovered other issues. In their defense, they did since I was under warranty , attempted to warranty their work by remediating the flaws including me pointing out glued up sides in the crevices of the bumper. To which Azim said, "oh, that's just paint that bled over" . Any who, my vehicle was kept with them for another 2 weeks I believe. During that time, they did provide a loaner. When I picked up my vehicle, noticed papers where I store in the sun visor, rummaged through & placed on the passenger seat. The back seat area (I have leather seats) looked as if it was walked on as I saw muddy foot prints. Rude! Their aesthetic is grimy & unprofessional. Gaps still in the crevices of the bumper & fender plus the gaps between the bumper & headlight & hood, all optics. Fast forward to Feb 2025, I emailed them to showcase an image I took displaying ripples in the paint foundation. They ignored me so I sent a follow up email in March 2025 (still was ignored) informing them of that rippled paint issue as well as a bumper that is not pushed in & keeps sticking out! I contacted the 3rd party insurance that paid for the repair & that's when this establishment tried to contact me. At that point, I ignored them since I did not trust them to fix their mistakes. I instead, went to another body shop the 3rd party insurance approved. I was furious! Couldn't believe this happened to me especially since they've worked on luxury vehicles & had great results. The body shop that performed my post repairs, relayed when you lift the hood up, screws were missing, there was a huge gap between the hood & bumper. After removing the bumper, they stated the bumper was all glued up! Said , it looked like it was glued together to the Azim person & he dismissed my remarks. The hood needs a paint correction as my vehicle is not the same. I am fortunate, during my post repairs from another body shop, there are no longer gaps & glued up parts. Forgot to add, one of their employees stole my spray air freshener..

I decided to give them a shot after such an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at their other shop. I am car illiterate and they're super patient with me. They've caught and thoroughly explained improper past fixes and what kinds of issues I have. They are proactive in communication, are friendly, and the ability to get an uber ride to and from the shop on their dime is incredible. They've also given me a loaner to use when they've had my car for extended periods. My last shop (European Service Center ) felt like I was picking up a part time job just to get any communication and my car would sometimes be there days on end without getting worked on. I feel like E1 is super respectful of my time, cares about my business, is very professional, and keeps me informed without me asking- it's so refreshing and appreciated. They are not the cheapest but also not wildly expensive either; their pricing is on par with my last shop and things are actually done right. I recognize that things don't always go perfectly and care a lot about how a company reacts to makes things right. I had a slight issue with my struts repair after about 9 months after the fix and they stood behind their work no problem and fixed it promptly (they have a 3 year warranty on work done). Just a great business.

Let me tell you about Joe…read more It was another day navigating the trenches of Houston traffic when a car decided their lane wasn't enough and they wanted mine too. I swerved, hit the curb, and suddenly my car wasn't driving straight. The first shop quoted me almost $3,000. After that minor financial heart attack, I realized my insurance company was basically going to be no help unless I wanted to pay a deductible AND risk my rates going up. Insurance is complete bullshit. So I started calling around to see if I could find a better option. Enter Joe at Master Car Care. I sent him the quote and right away he started going through what actually needed to be fixed and what didn't. He got the damage repaired for way less money and even went out of his way to find someone who could fix my scratched-up rim so my car looked like it did before. But the biggest thing was Joe actually cared. He cared that my car looked good, that it drove right and that I was happy with it. He called me with updates the whole time and you could tell he actually gave a damn. That's pretty hard to find these days. Joe is officially my car guy now. If you're having car trouble, go see him.

Well, my car only has 39,000 miles. I don't want a piece of shit on my car I told him to stop what he was doing! this morning. I get a video showing the car is done bumpers on painted, how can a car be painted primed clearcoat in 12 hours etc. how can it be on when I told him to stop yesterday? What in the hell is going on with these men that are bullying me y'all this is unacceptable sir Harris whoever you are I should've known when you stole shit out of my car that you guys were unethical, corrupt and bullies. I will not accept an off the market on my car when I reached the 1500 it was to put my car back to the way it was not I never even got a copy of the estimate that girl took the clipboard and then she had me sign a blank pee. She goes here put your name here and your phone number here and sign here so it's a scam. I'll have to find a TV station that will investigate or the cops Time I call insurance co. I thought a simple bumper would be easy to fix on Toyota rav 4. Sure if they use off market parts The price I agreed on had Toyota part. I even gave my grok confirmation So I had a fender bender the other day and I got oh they have a collision site. I'll go take my car over there in my car and he gave me an estimate 1400. I said OK and they said we can scan it now because we need to know, match the car meaning they would scan it to order the bumper to my Toyota so I will. I'll leave the car here then so then they give me a ride to my house so they told me it would be ready Wednesday morning. They'd get the bumper in probably Monday Tuesday put it on and be ready Wednesday today. He calls Tuesday late , we got the bumper in but we have to paint it like what do you mean paint it you ordered it. He said Walter off the market bumper. I said oh hell no yes I swore I trusted them. My car has 39,000 miles on it. I'm not gonna drive the rest of my life with a car with bits and pieces otherwise the bumper was fine with me driving it. I would've duct tape the damn thing so shame on me for being stupid and they won't send me a copy of the estimate the girl took it after I signed it. She handed me a blank piece of paper and said he write your name and number down here they gave me a ride home. They have my vehicle they bought Shit parts won't give you my car. I'm stranded at home so Master car care thanks for leaving an elderly woman home alone with no ride. Jesse Kirk one of them so help me God one of them Called and you know my name is Dorothy. He called me dirty. He could not say Dorothy the number one name in America for the Wizard of Oz dirty. you don't put Shit parts on my vehicle so if you're a woman, so help me God please do not go to this place. They will not tell you truth. I thought they were reputable otherwise they're gonna take advantage of old women. Do not take your car there so help me God. Seriously how am I a woman of 69 years old supposed to know that places don't use official parts to a car that you bring in to be repaired why wouldn't I think they wouldn't use Toyota parts? I never heard the word off market until the guy said something today freaked me out. Thankfully I went to a Police meeting tonight with the Community and they explain the difference between OEM original parts and off the shelf or off the market you do not ever use off the market so these men knew they were screwing me over

I was expecting this to be a relatively cheap repair considering it's a fairly easy job. Now I completely understand that a shop has to pay their techs and make money but they charged me 149.99 for an IGNITION SWITCH. Normally a $14 part. They also didn't run the price by me which made me think that they were going to be reasonable. If you're going to mark up a part 10x, don't you think that would be something you should run by your customers first? So I walked out of there paying $490. For a 14 dollar part and a solenoid ($60). On top of all this, they uninstalled a kill switch without telling me and they also uninstalled my trackhawk security system. Once I brought this to their attention they told me to go back to the installer, which I had to pay another $150. If they were unable to reinstall something, they should've let me know first. Also now I'm having other electrical problems within the car. I am not accusing them of anything but I was not experiencing these problems before I had them work on it.
