Came here with the hubby and a few friends on a Tuesday!! Love the restaurant. It is decorated very nice/romantic and I lovveeeeddd the brick oven. All of the pasta is made fresh there and on Tuesday they habe a select amount of pasta (like 4 to choose from) for only 12 bucks!!! Yup so cheap. Like Perricones used to be but with actual good pasta!! We ordered the gnocchi bc I love gnocchi haha. I ordered it witj the fungi white sauce. It was sooooooooooo good!!! We also ordered the artichoke salad with chicken. It was also very delicious and seasoned very well. Overall, really enjoyed this place and I will definitely be coming back. Next time I need to get dessert as I've heard the tiramisu here is amazing.

Absolutely amazing! The ambience of this place is cozy inside and so lively outside with their partner bar that serves delicious drinks. We ordered a cacio e pepe and our waiter was nice enough to split it. He recommended it to us and it did not disappoint. So delicious and creamy without the pepper overpowering the sauce. This place won my heart and I cannot to come back again and try out more food! Highly recommend it if you are around the area.

Spaghetti Vongole, that for some reason tasted and smelled "burnt".

The food used to be good, now it's barely edible. Oh, and be sure to check your bill for extra surprises! We've been going to Battubelin for many years, mainly due to its convenient location and ability to accommodate big groups of friends. Although the staff is nice, the food more recently has been weak; forgivable up until last year when they may have thought we were too tipsy after the single bottle of high-end Prosecco to notice the 2 cheaper bottles we ordered afterwards had been charged at the fancy one's price. Anyhoo, skip forward to our latest experience, the food (other then the pizza) was just gross. The eggplant parm was served at barely warm reheated temp with a cheap, provolone-ish cheese instead of real mozzarella, and it was swimming in over a centimeter of VEGETABLE OIL (not olive oil). One of the 8 people in our group had a spaghetti Vongole that smelled and tasted burned, rendering it entirely inedible, and another had a penne vodka that tasted like it had been mixed with an Arrabiatta sauce (very unusual). Plus the pasta dishes were overcooked and WAY over sauced. It seemed to everyone in our group that we were dining at an Italian-themed restaurant at Disney World (for tourists). Hence, we have finally decided to give up on what used to be a cute neighborhood spot. Sadly, it's what happened five years ago with Rosinella on South Beach- a decent Italian spot diminishing their ingredients and methods, which leads to a decline in return customers.

This restaurant Is a hidden gem. They serve authentic Italian cuisine and were better than I expected. Everything we tried was fresh and delicious. Service was excellent. They make their own pasta. The veal - wow! Can't wait to go back!

Absolutely spectacular! Service was terrific! The wait staff was so on it we went in open minded and ready to try multiple options. Our waiter perfectly recommended various pastas so we can taste among a group of four. Pasta Wowwww everything was just perfect. I waited a bit longer than usual to write this review so the names have escaped me but there was nothing left to take home with how great it all was! Would I go again?!l yes a million times over plus the inside is cozy with a cute outdoor section

A long standing local favorite! You can never go wrong with a dinner at Battubelin. I have been eating here since it's opened and only have had wonderful experiences. Anything you try you will enjoy. They have so many pasta/sauce options, great pizzas, tasty entrees and many different appetizers. My personal favorite thing on the menu is the La focaccia al formaggio - plain. The taste is out of this world!

Belin! This is a great Italian joint. If you like authentic Italian food (not the bastardized version for the American public) you are gonna like this place. Their menu is strong on pasta and pizza with a couple of good fish dishes that I love and recommend: the branzino and the tuna in crust of pistachos. The desserts are awesome and the team working here are fun and welcoming. Shout out to Stefano. I am Italian and live in Miami since 17 years and this is one of my favorite places... I crossed Laura Pausini a couple of times here...

Food: flavorful, authentic, and delicious The pesto pasta was amazing! The panna e prosciutto pasta (cream and ham) was so simple and light, yet one of the most delicious pasta dishes ever (would recommend if you like Alfredo!) slammed the meals so fast there was no time for pictures. Panna e Cotta was a wonderful light desert and out of this world yummy. Service: 10/10 Stefano is one of the managers and described the dishes in detail to let us make the best decision for our taste. He is so nice and is one of the main reasons we will be returning. All the staff was quick and polite. Outside seating is where it's at, lovely lit up patio with relaxing/romantic music. Great date night.

Still such an amazing place! Never disappoints! Freshest pasta around honestly! The service is always superb. They move quickly, efficiently, and sweetly. They take the best care of you and your food. The ambiance is low lighting with good music. It can get a bit noisy because they stay busy however still cute for any affair especially a date night out.

Incredible lamb cutlets and amazing Branzino!

Absolutely incredible experience at one of the best Italian Restaurants I've ever been to (and I've been to many)! Not only was the food incredible, fresh, succulent and delicious beyond words, but the ambience brought me back to my trips to Italy. Everyone in our party immensely enjoyed the appetizers including Calamari, Tuna Tartare, handmade pasta...The lamb cutlets (chops) were perfectly prepared and melted in your mouth. My wife, who loves fish, said the branzino was the freshest and most delicious she ever had! The entire staff were so welcoming, friendly and professional with impeccable attention to detail and the amazing owner Giulio made you feel like family. All I can say is Bravo!!! Can't wait to be back with many friends and family! Bon appetite!

First things first, reservations are more or less necessary, so I highly recommend making one. When you first walk in, you are immediately greeted by the host who guides you into the dining area. This area is relatively small, but good enough for small groups or parties of 2-4; additionally, it's an inviting atmosphere, perfect to enjoy a long meal (which you will need, more on that in a bit). The menu has a wide array of options; you can find some snacks for around $15, then ceviche for ~$25, and mains ranging from $40-65. So be prepared to spend $40-50 per person. During our visit, we tried two ceviches and el pincho. The ceviches were incredible, easily the best "red" ceviches I have ever had. Each bite was a blast of flavor and textures; you can taste the freshness, feel the crunch, and enjoy the combination of flavors. As for the hanger steak, it was quite high quality, perfectly cooked, but nothing out of the ordinary; it lacked that special twist that the ceviche had. Another exceptional part of the experience was the service; although food takes a long time to be ready, so be prepared for this. Our servers made sure we had a great experience from being careful about allergies to making recommendations; simply 5 stars. All in all, Cotoa is definitely a 5-star experience when it comes to the "Pacific" dishes, really something delicious and unique, while some of the other options left a bit to be desired. I have to go back again and try some of the other entrees and will adjust this review as needed. My Criteria 5 stars: The best food I have ever had, or an excellent option given the price. 4 stars: Good food, a restaurant I look forward to trying again. 3 stars: Good food, a restaurant that I am indifferent to. 2 stars: Below average experience, will not go again. 1 stars: This restaurant should be closed.
