We discussed the situation and we realized that everything was basically a communication issue between several employees.Then just a matter of a few hours I was presented with a new estimate that beyond Fair that showed a willingness to take care of the customer I really appreciate that Kirk reached out to me and really wanted to work hard to earn my business. I'm scheduling this repair service in the spring of 2027 and am looking forward to working with millennium pool service in the future it was very nice personal touch that more businesses should strive to achieve.

We appreciate that gesture and their willingness to address some of our concerns. While our original experience and the delays remain unchanged, it is only fair to acknowledge their effort to make things better. After more than six weeks, our pool liner project is still not complete because Millennium Pools has measured the liner incorrectly multiple times. We are now waiting for a third liner and hoping it finally fits. To make matters worse, the company removed our old liner and left our pool empty and without a liner for two weeks while we wait for the replacement. What should have been a routine liner installation has turned into a lengthy and frustrating process. The company has offered no discount or compensation for the delays, inconvenience, or loss of use of our pool, despite the fact that the mistakes were entirely their own. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and expected better service, communication, and accountability. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Millennium Pools.

After I caught on to what he pulled with the bill and went to his store to discuss it, he gaslit tf out of me saying he was no longer doing business with ME to save face in front of the new young woman at the desk I'm certain he's attracted to - reframing me as the issue not his politics and greed. They do such a great job closing the pool that is it always ready to use within 24 hours of opening in the spring - clear water and perfectly balanced chemicals. This year, I unfortunately had mice eat through some of the elements for my pool heater and Dima came out to troubleshoot and fix quickly. He even cleaned out the mess the mice had made and took steps to deter them from coming back. Dima also spent a great deal of time completely rewiring my pool pump and equipment (it was wired wrong by the pool builder) so I could control everything via the app. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy residential pool service definitely use DMV Pools!
