The only time I received an update on the repair work (30 days) was if I called. I work from home and my expectation was 7-10 business days. Normally, when I called the answer was "the tech will call you". When Jeremy (tech and manager) discussed communication he stated "I don't call because there is nothing to update you on". I took this to mean your laptop is sitting and I'm not working on it. When my laptop was returned the upper right corner is bent and the screen has a crack. So -- be warned -- if you purchase supplies from this business, be aware that he "never accepts returns" and that if he decides to make an exception, he'll retain 25% of the payment.
