I brought my 22 Ultra in for a screen repair. They did not inform us that they would be using…read moreaftermarket parts. upon receiving the phone the back plate is separated from the back. A problem that I originally did not have. The screen now has a border around it and is not operating correctly for a Samsung 22 ultra. Upon calling them they admit to not informing us that they were using aftermarket parts, saying they assume everyone knows that it's aftermarket parts and said it was no problem for me to pay the difference and get what I expected in the first place. I told them.it was dishonest for them to not inform us upfront that it would not look like the original screen and worse off for them to try to charge us more money to make it right. The workmanship is another issue. The fact that the phone come back with a different issue than it came in with is uncalled for. In the end they offer a refund to put the original (broken) screen back in and wave the service fee to fix the backbplate. In all their shady business practice from the start to the end and poor workmanship is grounds for the 1 start. Beware being swindled by this company.

I finally pressed them, they admitted they broke my camera while changing my screen. They sent me back to my insurance Servify, to file a claim for a new phone. After the claim was filed and new phone was sent to me for $99 claim fee, this company said they wanted to fix my camera and not reimburse me for the claim of the phone that THEYBREAKANDNOFIX. Servify says this company has insurance for damage as a result of their in-custody handling and usually pays the claim fee. Many calls to the Jr. Manager, asking him to have the Sr. Manager and or owner call me apparently went in one ear and out the other. IMHO, this company has zero integrity and should have zero customers. They brag that their owner is a retired cop to lend credibility that they are honest engines but if he knows about this and didn't call me after all my complaints there, then he probably should have been a Lawyer or car salesman. If he doesn't know about it, he needs a new Jr. Manager. Will never give them business again. Beware

He let me know he was about to close up, but he knew the phone model really well. He thought he could fix it in a half an hour. I gave him my number and told him I was having dinner at Chinese Kitchen. I kept looking at my phone so I wouldn't miss his call. A half hour went by - nothing. Then I look up and there he is standing at the counter. "Sorry, but I tried calling and your phone went to vm." WOW - really?! Instead of just leaving because he couldn't get in touch with me- he came up to let me know it was done. WOW!
