I finally pressed them, they admitted they broke my camera while changing my screen. They sent me back to my insurance Servify, to file a claim for a new phone. After the claim was filed and new phone was sent to me for $99 claim fee, this company said they wanted to fix my camera and not reimburse me for the claim of the phone that THEYBREAKANDNOFIX. Servify says this company has insurance for damage as a result of their in-custody handling and usually pays the claim fee. Many calls to the Jr. Manager, asking him to have the Sr. Manager and or owner call me apparently went in one ear and out the other. IMHO, this company has zero integrity and should have zero customers. They brag that their owner is a retired cop to lend credibility that they are honest engines but if he knows about this and didn't call me after all my complaints there, then he probably should have been a Lawyer or car salesman.
