Screen is fixed but now laptop fans make it too loud to use, seem to have traded one issue for another. Ended up just buying a new one. Owner seems to be a fine guy but was not a good experience I would recommend to others. If I had been more local and not out of state constantly, would've picked it back up after the first month and went to Best Buy or something. I have had 2 iPad displays and 2 iPhone displays fixed here. All services were competitive to other…read moreservice providers, and much cheaper than Apple. All of these items were repaired over a year ago, and are still working great. 1 of the iPhone displays was previously taken to another company, which could not fix it, and told me the phone was broken, so wanted me to pay for their services despite not fixing. Bisconti was able to fix it without issue. 1 of the iPhones had some response issues with the home button after the display was replaced, but Bisconti took it back under their warranty, and had it fixed within an hour. The iPads had deformed backshell due to them being dropped on corners. Bisconti was able to work around this issue and get new working screens on.

They broke my keyboard, only to replace it with one with a faulty shift key (and they don't care). I was only given a partial refund for them to screw up my nice laptop. I took it to a different business and they fixed it right away. Don't bother with this company, they clearly don't know what they are doing and since my bad experience, I've heard many others had a bad time with them as well.
