Visited: Sunday 12/21/25 at 10:15 AM…read more I walked into the store with only a few people ahead of me--a family of about 5-6 being helped by a male employee who I later learned was the manager. He looked right at me and said absolutely nothing. No "Welcome in," no "I'll be right with you," not even basic acknowledgment. I stood there waiting while he continued helping the family as if I didn't exist. A few minutes later, a young woman came out from the back and said she could help the next person. Someone else stepped up, and I continued waiting. Fast‑forward 45 minutes, and I still had not been acknowledged by anyone. I stepped outside briefly to take a phone call because it's rude to talk on the phone inside a small store. When I walked back in, the manager--who had ignored me the entire time--finally spoke to me, and the first thing out of his mouth was something along the lines of, "Please don't go in and out, it messes up our count." That was literally the first time I had stepped out. He then asked if I had a "quick question." I asked if they had the iPhone 17 Pro Max. He said yes, and that was the end of the conversation. No offer to help, no follow‑up, nothing. He went right back to ignoring me. A few minutes later, my wife called to check on me. I stepped to the corner of the store to talk quietly. She ended up calling another location, and they confirmed they had the phone and could help me immediately. She texted me the update, and I walked out. I will never return to this location. The manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Two employees working in a high‑traffic area is wild, especially when the other location had six employees and gave me excellent service. I wouldn't recommend this Topsy location to anyone--not even a dog. If the manager happens to read this: acknowledge your customers and treat people with basic respect. The way you handled me was unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

I happened to be in the neighborhood and remembered there was T mobile swag being given out today, the nice thing about this T mobile location is they seem to consistently have enough of the T mobile swag, rarely do they run out unlike other stores and especially the las vegas locations, you could literally go into a las vegas store the first hour and they will claim that they ran out of the swag, very suspicious.

We've chosen this UPS Store for quite some time because it's the closest location to Dayton, and…read morewe've always appreciated the helpful service from most of the staff. Unfortunately, our experiences with the manager, Jerome, have been consistently uncomfortable. On multiple visits, his comments and demeanor have given us the impression that our business--particularly Amazon returns--is unwelcome. Today was a good example: we came in with four pre-packaged boxes, one of which simply needed to be dropped off. As soon as we walked in, he looked at the boxes and remarked, "Those can't all be returns." My wife felt put on the spot and replied that they were, and his response was an audible sigh that made us both feel like an inconvenience. Other employees have mentioned that a large portion of the store's daily traffic is Amazon returns, so the attitude is especially confusing. Customers shouldn't feel guilty for using services that are core to the business. Because of these repeated experiences, we've decided it's worth driving to the other Carson City location--despite the extra distance--to avoid feeling unwelcome. We value good service, and it's disappointing to feel pushed away from the store we've supported for so long.

I simply wanted to purchase a mower deck belt. I knew exactly what size I needed. I called to see if they had it in stock and the guy fought tooth and nail to get me to give him make/model/serial number of the machine it was going on. Just being an absolute jerk about it. So I decided to just go in and buy it. Same dog and pony show. I said, please, just let me pay for the belt (as I needed it ASAP). He let me buy it and then stormed off into the back with a profanity laced, "It's not my___ fault if it ___ doesn't ____ work. NO RETURNS." It worked. It cost 4 times as much as the exact same brand and size on the internet. I will NEVER step foot in that store again. Ask the locals. Ask the guys next door at ACE hardware.
