    Worst manager ever

    Usually Batteries Plus has always been really helpful and I've had excellent service. I've bought car batteries, computer batteries, car clicker batteries and all other battery needs there before. Unfortunately when I went into get my battery replaced for my watch that wasn't the case. I have a Casio watch that got the battery replaced and they never told me they about the liability waiver before fixing it. It wasn't until I took my watch in the water after they replaced the battery, that it was no longer was working. When I went back to the store to ask them to fix it. Their response was this is in our fault and we don't fix Casio watches without consenting to liability. When I explained the situation to the sales associate that no one told me that before fixing it. His response was "You should've taken it to a authorized Casio dealership". I then asked to speak to the manager. The sales associate told me before the manager came over, that he knew this manager would not help me with what happened. I then talked to the manager and explain the situation. His response merely was it's my fault and that he was not going to do anything about it. Long story short if you need your watch battery replaced that is waterproof don't take it to Batteries Plus. Otherwise they will fix it for you but it will be your fault when the watch leaks and you'll be out $250 for a new watch. I don't know the name of the manager but here's his picture so if he is working when you're there you know he won't do anything for you!

    I purchased a motorcycle battery in late January of this year and it would never hold enough charge to start the bike without a jump or push. At the recommendation of one of the Batteries Plus Bulbs employees in March ( the battery was less than two months old) I purchased a trickle charger and kept it on the bike for two months while it sat in storage. I rode the bike three weeks ago and parked it, today when I tried to start it..... nothing. When I took the battery back today for a warranty exchange they wanted to keep it because it was at 10 volts and not under, I asked the manager to warranty it, and explained my frustration with not having a reliable battery and having to disassemble my bike every time I ride it. He explained that as per store policyholders had to test the battery (that was at 10 volts when it should be at 12) and that it would be easy tomorrow killing my plans. I left the battery on the counter and went straight to O'Reilly and bought a new one from them. I will never buy from Batteries Plus Bulbs again, I may not be the biggest customer but I have constantly spent a couple hundred dollars a year there for the last 20 years. Frank tell Justin to keep it, I purchased a battery from O'REILLY they have a much better customer service policy that won't leave me stranded when a brand new battery won't function after sitting for a few weeks.

    I wanted to say something about Dannielle and Jessica in your print department…read more I've worked with both of them for years, and I usually just assume things will be handled because they're there. They're efficient, they figure things out, and they don't make a production out of it. It just gets done, and it gets done right. But the reason I'm writing is something more specific. When my father passed away, I came in to print booklets and posters for the funeral. I was not in a state to manage details or even explain properly what I needed. I left things out, I was scattered, and I honestly don't even remember everything I said. Between the two of them, they picked up on what was missing and just handled it. They made decisions where I couldn't, fixed what I hadn't thought through, and made sure everything came together the way it needed to. That kind of awareness is not something you can train for and it's not something you run into often. I just wanted that to be said plainly. They're both exceptional. Ilana Levinsky

    Went there for the TSA preCheck appointment. The process required a pre registration and submission…read moreof completed form. It took less than 5 minutes filling up the form, and another few minutes to see which place, mostly Staples, to set up for appointment. I chose the Staples center in Camarillo, CA. Upon arrival at appointment time, the service provider was very patient and friendly. Within five minutes, I was fingerprinted, photographed, paid the fee and done. Excellent! My TSA PreCheck was approved the following day! Total cost was around $76 USD and it would expired in 5 years. I definitely recommend if you are a frequent traveler.
